（吉隆坡6日讯）受益于蓬勃的封井（P&A）活动及多项合约启动，乌芝玛控股（UZMA，7250，主板能源股）下一个季度盈利料持稳。

乌芝玛控股上周四邀请分析员出席2019财政年末季（截至6月30日止）业绩汇报会，管理层在会议上表示，该公司将部署一架液压修井装置（HWU），处理西班牙油气公司雷普索尔（Repsol）大马油气公司颁发的封井合约（共5口油井）。

若活动顺利完成，该公司有望获得额外5口井的封井合约。

管理层指出，有鉴于封井活动需求继续走高，该公司正积极争取工作机会，目前已在国内外竞标22项封井工程。

此外，管理层透露，有意进军新业务，在印尼提供电动潜水泵服务（Electrical Submersible Pump），并计划在2020年次季在印尼测试运作。

管理层称，印尼拥有区域内最大的电动潜水泵市场，在国际市场上具备一定规模，因此，对乌兹玛控股而言，即便是仅分得一小杯羹，也将获益不浅。

管理层表示，子公司Setegap初创石油未来每个季度将有300万至400万令吉的经常性收入。

至于从事化学贸易的大马能源化学服务（MECAS）末季顺利转盈为亏，在首个泰国合约启动后，次季估计将进账3000万至4000万令吉。

达证券预计，该公司2020年首季前景将保持稳定，尽管有部份合约将展延，但仍有多项利好因素可缓和负面的冲击，这包括2020财政年首季HWU使用率预计增加至60%（2019财政年末季为44%）；同时，雷普索尔合约在7月开始贡献盈利；而国家石油（Petronas）D18岸外油田注水采油设备（WIF）项目的盈利贡献也持稳。

热塑管合约主要贡献

另外，中国海洋石油（CNOOC）总公司的4口封井合约获得更新；热塑管（Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe）合约启动；埃克森美孚（ExxonMobil）颁发的合约启动；以及泰国国家石油公司（PTT）颁发的HWU合约加速，也都将支撑公司的表现。

大华继显证券补充，热塑管合约估计会是接下来主要盈利贡献来源之一，乌芝玛控股需要更换200口井的管道，若进入高峰期，2020财政年首季和次季预料可处理至少10口井。

无论如何，分析员称，为了执行项目，该公司依然面对营运开销及融资问题，其债务将继续维持在高水平。

“为了维持流动现金在1亿令吉，以便应付项目执行工作，我们相信该公司会有额外的借贷，因此贷款会进一步增加。”

综合上述，达证券将乌芝玛控股本益比（PE）上修至9.5倍，与同行一致，并把投资评级调升至“守住”。

虽然大华继显证券看好该公司盈利前景及上修财测，惟考虑到估值已反映所有利好因素，加上，该公司或意外交出令人失望的表现，因此调低评级至“守住”。

（吉隆坡12日讯）乌兹马（UZMA,7250,主板能源组）料继续面对部分项目展延的问题，惟油井封堵和废弃业务（well Plug & Abandonmen，P&A）料可保持动力，达证券下调财测，但上调目标价和评级。

达证券出席乌兹马的分析员汇报会后表示，管理层对封堵和废弃业务的商机保持乐观，该公司最近近完成Vestigo和COSL的油井合约，最近并获Repsol颁发新的5个油井合约，若一切顺利，可能再获颁另5个油井合约。该公司目前在海内外投标20个油井合约。

同时，管理层透露，正瞄准印尼的电潜泵（Electrical Submersible Pump）市场。

管理层并预计在2020财政年第一季可能会有较好的按季业绩表现。

达证券预期乌兹马2020财政年第一季表现大致稳定，主要由于船队使用率改善，估计达60%，相比第四季为44%。同时REPSOL从2019年7月启用，首度提供贡献，以及D18 WLF提供稳健贡献（2019年7至8月使用率达100%），在8月获CNOOC更新4个油井项目合约，展开可再生热塑性塑料合约和PTTEP HWU合约加快，这将可抵销部分项目展延的冲击。

该行根据管理层的指引，将2020至2022年财测大砍15至21%。不过，目标价从77仙上调至82仙，因此将评级从沽售上调至守住。

吉隆坡5日讯）Uzma Bhd斥资5280万令吉，提高其在石油与天然气支援服务供应商Setegap Ventures Petroleum私人有限公司的持股权，以增加后者的盈利贡献。

Uzma独资子公司Tenggara Analisis私人有限公司今日与SVP创办人Datuk Nasri Nasrun签署了有条件股权销售协议，收购SVP的102万股，或相等于22%股权。

完成交易后，Tenggara在SVP的持股权将从64%增至86%。该公司将通过银行贷款筹资，进行收购活动。

自从Uzma于2012年收购SVP以来，后者一直为Uzma作出积极贡献。

目前，该公司的订单总值7亿令吉，足以让其忙碌未来5年。

截至去年6月杪财年，SVP获得2128万令吉税后盈利，营业额报1亿4258万令吉。

Uzma预计，将在1个月内完成上述收购活动。

闭市时，Uzma报86仙，起1.5仙，市值为2亿7523万令吉。
