GEM Global Yield Fund Limited(GGYFL)在2007年最大的動作就是收購了pSivida limited公司(生化奈米藥物研究公司)底下的AION Diagnostics Inc(藥物運輸公司)。

pSivida在美國Nasdaq、澳洲(ASX)(市值A$3千7百萬)和德國(Xetra)三邊上市。不過已經是一家向weilli一樣，已經面對虧損的公司。pSivida在美國的Boston、英國的Malvern和澳洲的Perth都有研究所、製造廠和營業據點。

今年的話(4月1號)，GGYFL在香港買下了Challenger Group Holdings Limited價值HKD5億的債券。

Welli这只凶股涨停版跌停版就好像吃饭那样。RM０。４０以上还能跟？虽然已有目标价。

另外十分有趣的是，GGYFL似乎對那一些陷入財務困境以及面對連年虧損的公司特別有興趣。

它在2006年大量購入了Sopheon plc (Sopheon)公司的債券(達1千萬歐元)。

Sopheon plc是一家提供軟件技術服務的IT公司。Sopheon在當時虧損70萬英鎊，而2005年則虧損120萬英鎊。

这些伎俩之前在rm3都用过了，现在还有那么多白痴同一招都会中计，死了需要可怜吗？摆明就是抵死。今天bursa down,我看不到更详细的资料，先讲这么多。有哪个白痴不怕死的尽管冲进去。
