Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | IKHMAS JAYA GROUP BERHAD ("IJGB" OR "THE COMPANY") - Change in Accounting Policy in relation to Revaluation of Property, Plant and Equipment | The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of IJGB had on 26 August 2020 approved the change in accounting policy in relation to revaluation of land and building classified as Property, Plant and Equipment of which the fair value model is adopted in place of the cost model as permitted by Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards 116 : Property, Plant and Equipment.
The Group had carried out a valuation on the land and building of the Group and had approved the incorporation of the revaluation gain arising from the revaluation in the unaudited results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2020.
Please refer to the attachment for details of the revaluation.

Kindly be advised that the aforesaid Company has changed its name to Top Builders Capital Berhad. As such, the Company’s shares will be traded and quoted under the new name with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 9 October 2020.
