Description	:	Reference is made to the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 19 August 2011 in respect of the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of Hock Lok Siew Corporation Bhd. ("HLSCORP" or "the Company") wishes to announce the following additional information:
Query Letter content	:	We refer to the Company's announcement dated 18 August 2011, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- Total size of the entire 19 parcels of land and whether they are contiguous to each other; The current and proposed usage of the lands acquired; The terms of tenure; Basis and details justification in arriving at the purchase consideration of RM2,620,480 other than willing-buyer willing-seller basis; The net book value of the lands based on the latest audited accounts (if any); It is noted that the Company has cash and bank balances of RM97,000 as at 31 December 2010. In this regard, please elaborate on whether the Company has sufficient cash or internal funds to settle the purchase consideration; and Whether any valuation was carried out on the lands. If so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value. Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof. Announcement Details/Table Section : 1) The total size of the entire 19 parcels of land measure approximately 13,765 square metres in area and they are not contiguous to each other. 2) The said lands are currently vacant and would be used for future property development. 3) The said lands are of freehold bungalow lots. 4) The total purchase consideration for the said lands is fair based on the current market condition and willing-buyer willing-seller. 5) The said lands were bought from individuals. Therefore, there would not be net book value of the lands based on the latest audited accounts. 6) HLSCORP Group is expecting one of the debtor for repayment in the forthcoming months. The receipt of the said repayment would be sufficient and be utilised for the payment of the total purchase consideration of RM2,620,480. 7) There was no valuation carried out by the Company for the purchase of the said lands. However, there were two valuations on the said lands carried out on 9 March 2006 and 7 February 2007 by the independent valuers appointed by the bank, Messrs. Rashid & Co. and Messrs. C H Williams Talhar & Wong respectively, based on the Comparison Methods as follows: Market Value : RM6,300,000/- Forced sale value : RM4,570,000/- 8) The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Acquisition is 17.69%, instead of 23.30% as announced earlier. This announcement is dated 22 August 2011.

呵呵~ 命中有時終須有，命中無時莫強求，就算不買股，也會有意外之財。

我媽媽的媽媽(就是我外婆)剛過世不久，他們家中有八兄妹，本來講，我媽已經是外嫁的人了，也少在我外婆身邊，理應不會得到些什麼，當是我媽媽的妹妹就是要給我媽媽外婆留下的錢，是我外婆留下的資產，不算資產，算錢好了，意外得到一些錢財(多少錢就不講了)。

所以一切都是命，有福者，就算不投資股票，只要心求平安，財福自然會到來，所以自古身邊的人，如果不去孝順，就算有錢也只不過外表而已，所以不強求，只求心安，一切命中注定，所以我也心有所安，一切不強求，也不想太多了。
