倚重醫藥旅遊 TMC冀轉虧為盈

（吉隆坡9日訊）TMC（TMCLIFE，0101，主要板貿易）放眼未來3年，醫藥旅遊業務成為主要的營業額來源之一，繼而有助轉虧為盈。

該公司總執行長林木圖指出，希望3年內醫藥旅遊病患，可佔病患總數的30%，至于可提供的服務從診斷、心臟到整形皆有。

他今天在常年股東大會后說，預計醫藥旅遊業務可貢獻多達40%營業額，目前少過5%病患是外國人。

“我們鎖定的市場包括印尼、孟加拉和印度支那，當地人口龐大之余，醫療設備卻不足。”

截至5月底，TMC的累積虧損達1589萬令吉。

由于更換財年截止日期至5月底，該公司17個月來蒙受3501萬令吉淨虧損，主要因為註銷1200萬令吉資產，營業額則達7864萬令吉。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡10日訊）TMC生命科學（TMCLIFE,0101,主板貿服組）在確保業務有利可圖的努力中，放眼醫藥旅遊業為接下來3年的主要營收來源。

醫藥旅客3年內料佔病人30%該公司首席執行員林本圖指出，預計在未來3年內，醫藥旅客佔其病人的30%，TMC生命科學提供醫藥旅客的專門技術，包括心臟病及整形外科手術。

林本圖在股東大會後說，TMC生命科學預期30%的醫藥旅客將佔TMC生命科學的40%營業額，現階段，TMC生命科學的外國病人不到5%。

截至2011年5月31日的兩個月，該公司面臨312萬令吉的凈虧損，營業額則為1千零20萬令吉，其財政年從12月31日轉為2011年5月31日。

此外，截至2011年5月31日止，該公司蒙受1千589萬令吉虧損，截至5月31日的17個月，凈虧3千501萬令吉，主要是勾銷1千200萬令吉的資產，而營業額則達7千864萬令吉。

林本圖解釋，現金流量保持樂觀，提及吸引醫藥旅客的計劃，他說，目標市場主要是印尼、孟加拉及印支半島，這裡人口眾多，可是，醫藥設施比較不足。

TMC生命科學的旗艦醫護中心是坐落在哥打白沙羅的Tropical醫藥中心，距離首邦機場只是15分鐘車程，目前，該醫院擁有120家病床，正進行裝修，以增加床位。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡12日讯）TMC生命科学（TMCLife，0101，主板贸服股）献议以每3股配1股附加股及2股凭单的方式，发行附加股及可分拆凭单。

公司在文告指出，献议发行2亿59万3250附加股及4亿118万6500可分拆凭单，并以每3股面值10仙的现有普通股，配一股附加股及两股凭单的方式发行。

附加股的发售价格为每股30仙。

在进行上述计划后，法定股本将从原本的1亿令吉，1亿普通股，增加至2亿令吉，2亿普通股。[NanYang]

（吉隆坡14日讯）截至今年8月31日财年首季，TMC生命科学（TMCLife，0101，主板贸服股）净亏233万4000令吉。

营运成本提高，加上设备折旧值比预测高，TMC生命科学更换财年至5月31日后的首季面对净亏233万4000令吉。

另外，公司当季营业额录得1371万5000令吉。董事局通过文告表示，这有赖产品推广宣传奏效，加上旗舰医院在增加服务后，收入随之增加。

由于公司当季面对亏损，所以每股盈利录得负0.39仙。

董事局说：“我们预计，旗舰医院专科医生增加及医疗人员合作，营业额将继续增长。”[NanYang]

（吉隆坡8日訊）TMC生命科學（TMCLIFE，0101，主板貿服組）計劃明年撥出1千萬令吉資本開銷，用於強化旗下TMC醫療中心器材設備，同時表示會繼續努力吸引海外客戶，以提昇醫療中心使用率，希望助公司儘快轉虧為盈。

該公司首席執行員林本圖在股東特大會後指出，儘管海外客戶目前錄取單位數成長，但為迎合30%長期比重目標，還必須透過持續性宣傳才能達成。

區域宣傳反應不俗
“我們在區域的宣傳活動取得不俗反應，尤其是印尼和柬埔寨市場，相信醫療旅客人數將持續增加，助我們達成30%海外客戶比重目標，惟在短期來說，本地客戶料繼續成為最主要的營收來源。”

他認為，旗下位於哥打白沙羅的TMC醫療中心地點極佳，除了可輕易到梳邦機場接送海外客戶，也迎合八打靈再也和雪蘭莪市場需求，加上設施具有龐大使用空間，非常看好有關醫療中心的長期營運潛能。

此外，他坦言位於檳城的另一家TMC醫療中心，開張至今的營運表現低於內部預期，惟使用率目前已逐步提昇，公司未來會進一步投資在先進醫療器材，以強化醫療中心競爭力。

該公司週二獲股東投票通過價值約6千萬令吉的附加股計劃，林本圖說，公司計劃將其中約3千896萬令吉用來償還債務，將現有0.76倍本益比壓低至0.09倍，藉此強化營運現金流。

“附加股計劃獲公司兩大股東的鼎力支持，隱約釋放出業務前景的正面訊號，我們對轉虧為盈前景持謹慎樂觀看法。”（星洲日報／財經）

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 9): TMC LIFE SCIENCES BHD []’s renounceable rights issue of 200.59 million new shares of 10 sen each together with 401.18 million free new detachable warrants will go ex on Nov 21.

A Bursa Malaysia circular said on Wednesday the rights shares were issued at an issue price of 30 sen per rights share on the basis of one rights share together with two free warrants for every three shares held on the entitlement date of Nov 23.

折旧与融资成本高 TMC次季亏303万

（吉隆坡16日讯）归咎折旧与融资成本，TMC生命科学（TMCLife，0101，主板贸服股）截至2011年11月30日止财年次季蒙受303万7000令吉的净亏损。

不过，TMC生命科学的次季营业额却录得1446万令吉。

公司现财年首两季净亏损累积至537万1000令吉的水平，合计两季营业额为2768万1000令吉。

TMC生命科学董事部将财政年由原本的12月31日更换至5月31日，因此，并无上财年同期的数据比对。

随着TMC生命科学于2011年12月完成附加股发行，董事部也对公司截至2012年5月31日止财年的前景，保持审慎乐观态度。

与此同时，公司冀望透过这些措施（例如与多家机构签署了解备忘录以及其他营销活动）推广医疗旅游业。

黄长彦任总执行长
TMC生命科学向大马交易所报备，公司已将剩余的款项（203万令吉）付清给施佑明（译音），向后者收购槟城Tropicana医疗中心剩余的15%股权（相等于每股面值1令吉的15股普通股）。

TMC生命科学在2008年向施佑明收购槟城Tropicana医疗中心的全数股权，过后，两者也达成协议同意让TMC生命科学延期支付剩余款项。

文告披露，上述款项（203万令吉）也包括延期付款的利息（6万5000令吉）。

另一方面，林本图也辞去TMC生命科学集团总执行长一职，并由TMC生命科学执行董事黄长彦接替林本图的职位。林本图和黄长彦的人事变动，将分别在2010年1月31日以及2012年2月1日开始生效。

现年43岁的黄长彦是TMC生命科学的执行董事，身为新任集团总执行长的他，也将兼任执行董事一职。[NanYang]

（吉隆坡16日讯）融资成本提高，TMC生命科学（TMCLife，0101，主板贸服股）截至今年2月29日第三季净亏123万4000令吉。

公司首9个月也面对660万5000令吉净亏损。

TMC生命科学表示，鉴于将财年截止日期从原12月31日调整至5月31日，此季度业绩因而无按年比较。

根据TMC生命科学，随着前数个季度旗下试管婴儿医疗机构所进行的“龙宝宝”促销配套开始取得成果，它于第三季和首9个月分别录得1518万5000令吉和4286万6000令吉营业额。

该公司第三季和首9个月分别面对0.19仙和1.03仙的每股亏损。[Nanyang]

生命科学260 万售槟城TMC

（吉隆坡9日讯）TMC生命科学（TMCLife，0101，主板贸服股），以260万令吉脱售槟城Tropicana MedicalCentre（简称TMC）的股权。

与此同时，TMC生命科学也向交易所报备，独资子公司———TMC产业私人有限公司，宣布以1100万令吉的现金，脱售槟城TMC一座4层楼高的建筑，连同占地1653平方尺的土地。

整顿资源
上述交易的买家是Carl Corrynton控股私人有限公司，是一家投资控股公司。

TMC生命科学在文告指出，这是为了配合公司脱售负面回酬的策略。

同时也是为了重新整顿资源。

TMC生命科学今天的股价走势平淡，闭市时以32仙平盘挂收，成交量有11万4900股。[Nanyang]
