the ingrediants can cook ABC soup。。。onions, potatoes, tomatoes wash clean and cut into cubes, add in chicken bone and boil everything together...boil until potatoes soft and add in some salt.....very good for skin....i cooked this always when i was in NZ
and actually i like to boil it together with rice and make it become like porridge, just to make sure everything is soft enough
