(吉隆坡7日讯)IDeal(IDEAL,0081,创业板)独资子公司IDeal Property Concept有限公司,今天向陈华明(译音)达成买卖协议,以总值615万5000令吉购入15项产业。
IDeal公司向陈华明购买的产业,全部位于吉隆坡甲洞的Anzen Business Park轻工业资产。
购买资金全以公司内部资金支付,不影响现有的负债率和净资产,预计未来三个月内完成交易。
该公司在去年1月9日的股东特大上,通过将业务多元化至产业投资领域,因此,这项收购产业活动,是增持公司旗下的产业资产,同时也减少产业地理位置过度集中的风险。
另外,上述15项产业在未来将带来固定的租金收入,为公司贡献净利增长。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡22日讯)万绿生科技(MEGASUN,0081,创业板)宣佈,以1492万令吉向Ideal Concept Intelligence私人有限公司,收购40个商业单位。
万绿生科技今天宣佈,其独资子公司Ideal財团私人有限公司,向Ideal Concept Intelligence公司收购位於檳城的40个分层商业单位,交易价是1492万令吉。
同时,该公司指出,这是一宗涉及共同股东利益的交易(RPT),因为其董事经理拿督黄继梁亦是Ideal Concept Intelligence公司的大股东。
此外,该公司进一步指出,这40家分层商业店面位於檳城市的双溪里蒙,楼龄是5年,总面积是2415平方尺。
万绿生科技在去年3月13日便买下46家分层商业店面,其中31个单位已经翻新及出租,年租金收入大约74万令吉,租金回酬率是5.8%。该公司將翻新剩余的15家店面,然后再出租。【东方网财经】
