请问cardiac marker是包括ck, troponin, crp,homocysteine ?

不。。cardiac marker是CK、AST、LDH。。
不过如果你的troponin是troponin T的话 就更能确定是否心肌血管梗塞。。

每一个cardiac marker都有自己的时间。。大多数都是5－6个小时后。。
不过这样的话一切都太迟。。所以一般都会看症状和心电图来决定。。因为心电图是最sensitive的，尤其是在痛的时候。。如果心电图没有征兆，那心肌血管梗塞的可能性就很薄弱。。

刚打电话给bp healthcare。他们说full body checkup 要RM1300。。做身体检查需要那么贵吗？？需要拿full package吗？其他的lab会比较便宜吗？还是只需要去clinic做就行？

近几个月来我们也到过不少BP在槟城或吉打的分行去询问和做test，我们发觉BP人员的素质有很严重退步的迹象，人员不专业，应该要做什么test也答不出来，还要打电话东问西问，搞半天还是不懂要介绍哪一个test，我们摇摇头就走出来，对他们的信心顿时跌到去negative, 试了好几间分行也一样。我们要做的其实就是个简单的地中海贫血症的test而已，应该是蛮普通的，可是他们就是搞不懂要做什么test。因为我们前几年的身体检查全部都是在BP做的，印象中还不错，所以就想说给他们最后一次机会，到他们怡保总行试一试，总行的人员很专业，感觉就是和其他分行完全不同的，立刻就知道应该做什么test，我们也顺利做到test了。

不好意思，故事有点长。希望BP的人士看到会跟高层反映一下，我也就我的经验向他们的总部提出投诉了。如果他们要联络我，我非常愿意跟他们分享我的经历，帮助他们改进。

其实你不应该写在这里，应该写在他们的feedback那里，写在这里无济于事

其实我已经直接寄Complaint Form去他们总部那边了，这边只是作为分享而已。

楼主从槟城来怡保BP中心做检验？？你真的很喜欢他们的服务吧。。
现在很多所谓的验血中心都变相为吸血鬼了，简单的测试都会变成数百令吉的配套，尤其是BP Lab。
我知道他们很多不为人知的秘密，不方便讲出来。LOL...
