IOI集團水漲船高
（吉隆坡12日訊）IOI集團（IOICORP，1961，主板種植）子公司IOI產業（IOIPROP，1635，主板產業），計劃發展柔佛甘拔士面積達101公頃地段。IOI集團股價今日水漲船高，表現不俗，全日位居十大上升股榜。
IOI集團以揚5仙至7.55令吉迎市，爾后直往北攀，至休市時，暫挂7.75令吉，揚25仙，為十大上升股之一。

不過，IOI產業則走勢平平，早盤維持在平盤12.90令吉。

黃氏星展維克斯報告指出，IOI產業將在這塊101公頃地段，推出2000個住宅及商業單位，惟並未透露發展總值（GDV）。

這項發展計劃名為Taman Kempas Utama，主要是吸引專業人士及外國人。

“其中約20.2公頃地段，將用以發展輕工業建築物，並預計整項發展計劃長達5年至10年。”

黃氏星展維克斯指出，未來，若此計劃有進一步發展，才納入投資評估的考量範圍。

因此，該行將維持IOI集團“買進”（Buy）投資評級，目標價為8.70令吉。

閉市時，IOI集團報7.75令吉，揚25仙，全日成交量為1641萬5800股；IOI產業則報13令吉，揚10仙，全日共有8萬9800股易手。

（吉隆坡19日讯）瑞银投资研究部(UBS Investment Research)建议投资者，把投资印尼种植股项的目光转至大马，加上4月份原棕油期货冲破3千600令吉水平，本地种植股今日受到激励而纷纷走高。 此外，瑞银投资研究部将大马2008年及2009年的原棕油价格预测，分别调高至每公吨3千585.57令吉及3千765.33令吉。 该行在报告指出，南美及中国恶劣的气候，加剧植物油的供应短缺。该行因此将大马2008年原棕油期货价格的预测，调高了31％。 “中国几乎一半的菜籽油受到雪灾的严重破坏。阿根廷及巴西，将在3至5月收割的黄豆，也受天气破坏。暴风雪侵袭将推高需求，不断创高的小麦价格，也将增加美国黄豆的种植范围。”
