3B計劃各方覬覦‧楊忠禮電力挑戰大

（吉隆坡22日訊）楊忠禮電力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建計劃組）尋求參與競標國內1千兆瓦新煤炭發電廠，興業研究相信競標新發電廠可望填補獨立發電廠業務盈利，惟繼續對新加坡西拉雅電力賺幅收窄和WiMax業務保持謹慎。

興業研究與該公司管理層會面後指出，楊忠禮電力放眼參與能源委員會（EC）招標的3B計劃，該計劃包括2座1千兆瓦發電廠，替該公司提供填補發電廠業務盈利的機會。

不過，由於其他業者對3B計劃同樣興趣濃厚，興業相信楊忠禮電力可能必須呈交極具競爭力的競標書才能攬下3B計劃。

“此外，管理層透露西拉雅電力可能在中期內繼續面對競爭壓力，新加坡政府放眼2017年前增設3千兆瓦電力產能，短期電力價格或有下滑風險。＂

至於WiMax業務，興業表示楊忠禮電力短期內將專注落實價值40億令吉的1Bestarinet無線網絡計劃，預見WiMax業務在2015年達至收支平衡。

英國水務臂膀貢獻趨穩

水務業務方面，管理層相信英國水務臂膀貢獻趨穩，每年貢獻1億至1億1千萬英鎊（4億7千萬至5億1千700萬令吉）盈利，興業相信這家被當地監管局評為最高效水務公司之一的水務臂膀，繼續成為該公司主要亮點。

無意降低 印尼PT爪哇電力20%持股

楊忠禮電力管理層也強調無意降低印尼PT爪哇電力的20%持股，興業指楊忠禮電力正與後者合作探索區域發電廠投資潛能，放眼藉聯號公司強化曝光率。

興業研究保持楊忠禮電力2013年財測在10億2千萬令吉淨利不變，惟上調2014和2015年盈利預測0.3%和4.0%，分別至11億2千萬和12億1千萬令吉。

出於對新加坡電力業務和WiMax業務的謹慎展望，興業微修目標價至1令吉50仙，給予“中和＂評級。（星洲日報／財經）

想请问各位前辈， 我在看杨忠礼power annual report 时， 它列出 “group” 和 “company” ， group的赚比较多， 它给的管理费用也比较大， company 一年net profit有赚十亿多， 管理费比较少, 请问看他的annual report, 是看group 还是company呢？

Holding Company 应该看 Group 的。

（吉隆坡3日訊）楊忠禮電力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建計劃組）旗下英國水務及新加坡電力兩大核心業務盈利前景料較遜色，惟預料不會對其股價產生太大負面衝擊，因目前市場將把焦點落在其換股私有化計劃，將可支撐其股價表現。

馬銀行研究指出，該公司恢复股票回購活動，顯示其股價已找到支撐點，即其平均價為1令吉46仙。雖然近期該公司面對營運困境，不過，預料不會對股價產生重大影響。

該行指出，該公司最近的企業活動，顯露它最近將可能出現換股行動，使該行對它保持“買進＂評級。不過，若是它沒有出現私有化獻議，使它將陷入“價值陷阱＂的風險。

3年財測下調

該行指出，隨著預期旗下國韋塞克斯水供（Wessex Water）以及新加坡西拉雅電力的盈利貢獻縮減，該行將其2013年至2015年財政年淨利預測，分別調低5%、8%以及10%。

馬銀行指出，韋塞斯克盈利料受到英鎊匯率貶跌影響，今年至今已貶值約5%，而西拉雅電力則因賺幅受擠壓而縮減。不過，該行對它並不感到過於擔心，因目前市場焦點落在其企業動作（私有化換股），而不是盈利表現問題。

這使其2013至2015年財政年的淨利預測，分別達10億5千870萬令吉，10億3千110萬令吉，以及10億5千270萬令吉。

該行將其目標價降低至1令吉70仙，或等於其調整淨資產值1令吉89仙折價10%水平，或是等於2013年財政年預測本益比11.7倍及股價賬面值比的1.3倍水平，並保持“買進＂評級。（星洲日報／財經）

As a result of the Dissolution, YTL-CPI has ceased to be a subsidiary of YTL Power. YTL-CPI was incorporated in Hong Kong and has been dormant since its incorporation. The Dissolution will not have any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of the YTL Power Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2013.

很高兴认识大家，有机会我会再回来这个贴。
收了5年，得到的是如何在股市中有耐性，以及如何当机立断。
很宝“贵”的经验。。。
当初的买价是母股40粒@RM2.20, Warrant 50粒@0.70 (大概是这样，之前有卖了些，不去算了)
最后砍掉的价钱分别为10粒@1.83, 30粒@1.63 (agak agak), warrant 50粒@ RM0.385.
希望各位的坚持能在若干年后有很好的回酬

杨忠礼电力财报欠佳

（吉隆坡25日讯）杨忠礼电力国际有限公司（YTLPOWR，6742，基建公司组）公布，在截至2013年3月31日止第3季度，所录得的税前利润按年从3亿5190万令吉下降至3亿3657万令吉。

至于营业额则由前期的39亿8000万令吉下跌至36亿5000万令吉。

该集团致函马交所表示，在其多项公用事业业务中录得的收入和税前利润皆下跌，主要是燃油价格和合约价格走低所致。

至于流动宽频网络业务方面，由于去年同期取得一份学校项目，因而获得一次过的特殊营业额和利润，因此相比之下，今季的营业额和税前利润显得减少。[光华日报财经]
