The Board of Directors of GFB wishes to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), a  foreign subsidiary of GFB and its group of companies (“Group”), listed on the Australia Securities Exchange (“ASX”), had on 1 April 2019 entered into an Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) with Saujana E&P Sdn Bhd (“Saujana E&P”), a non related party, where Saujana E&P has agreed to take up a 51% equity interest, based on the enlarged share capital of NuEnergy, in NuEnergy via a placement of new shares in NuEnergy (“NuEnergy Shares”) (“NuEnergy Placement”) upon terms and subject to the conditions of the Agreement. Saujana E&P shall subscribe for 1,540,832,050 new NuEnergy Shares at a placement price of A$0.025 per NuEnergy Share for a total subscription value of A$38,520,801. The proceeds from the NuEnergy Placement shall be utilised to fund the development for its Indonesia Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) programs and the Tanjung Enim PSC Plan of Development. （吉隆坡26日讯）由于6年了都没发现煤层气，印尼当局终止了亿利达（Globaltech Formation Bhd）子公司NuEnergy Gas Ltd持有的Bontang Bengalon生产共享合约（BB PSC）。

根据亿利达向大马交易所的报备，NuEnergy此前向印尼能源与矿产资源部长提交了一份修改合约的提案。

在该提案中，NuEnergy要求延长勘探期，并通过印尼上游油气商业活动特工队（通常称为SKK Migas）继续进一步开发勘探方案。

“由于未能在第六个合约年结束时发现煤层气，BB PSC因而遭终止，而NuEnergy必须放弃剩余合约区域，并履行PSC余下义务。”

NuEnergy表示，BB PSC的账面净值为79万7868美元，终止后不会对公司的营运产生影响。

该公司补充，将针对印尼政府的通知作出回应并提出上诉。

NuEnergy在澳洲证券交易所上市，是亿利达持股52%的子公司，专注于印尼非常规天然气资产的开发。该公司在南苏门答腊、中苏门答腊及东加里曼丹拥有6个PSC。
