Notice of Thirteenth Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Lot
5613, Sungai Ketapang, 08300 Gurun, Kedah Darul Aman on Wednesday, 22 June 2011 at 12.00 noon.

AGENDA

1. To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports thereon.

2. To approve payment of Directors’ fee amounting to RM12,000.

3. To re-elect the following Directors retiring in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association:

Ng Kim Weng

4. To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following Resolution pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965:

“That Lim Ah Bok @ Lim Chong Bok who retires in accordance with Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965, be re-appointed as a Director of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting”

5. To re-appoint Messrs. Grant Thornton as Auditors and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.

    主要是 Resolution No. 2. 第二项的。Form Of Proxy 可以在 2010 年的 Annual Report 的最后一页得到。。。
