多元化减少依赖普腾
亿利达盼煤层气助转盈

（吉隆坡27日讯）为了减少对普腾（Proton）的依赖，亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）多元化至煤层气（CBM）业务，盼丰厚回酬可助公司最快在明年转亏为盈。

亿利达控股集团执行主席拿督斯里吴添泉，接受《南洋商报》专访时指出，该公司在2014年收购澳洲上市公司NuEnergy Gas（简称NGY），借此多元化至煤层气业务。

由于这新型的绿色能源，燃烧后几乎没有污染物，因此也被市场称为“洁净能源”。

目前，公司的净利依赖制造业务，特别是供应给普腾的汽车零件业务，但该业务却面临瓶颈，故相信未来煤层气业务将崛起为主要的收入来源。

脱售亏损业务

“我们的汽车零件业务十分依赖普腾，但国产车表现平平，因此除了进军煤层气业务，我们也将转移客户群，来度过汽车零件领域的淡季。”

早前，该公司也陆续脱售蒙亏的业务，分别是广东江裕精密工业和AIC半导体业务。

“我们脱售亏损业务的目的有二，第一，是重组业务；第二，是整合资金，投入在煤层气业务。”

回顾过去，亿利达控股是由3家上市公司合并而成，分别是汽车投资机构（AutoV）、AIC机构和亿达控股（Jotech），核心业务为半导体、汽车零件等。

手持6共享合约

亿利达控股持有65%股权的NGY，在印尼拥有6个生产共享合约（PSC），以勘探和生产煤层气。

NGY副执行主席纪永华表示，公司已完成了勘探阶段，目前准备迈入生产期，预计明年就会有首批产物。

“我们预计今年杪会提呈报告给印尼政府，开始开采煤层气。迄今，双方已经洽谈了三次。”

看好成未来燃料资源

吴添泉对此感到雀跃，并表示这是公司十分关键的里程碑，因为届时将会有一笔可观的可收入。

纪永华看好煤层气将成为世界未来的燃料资源，特别是各国倡导环保之际，市场需求殷切；而煤则会逐渐被淘汰。

值得注意的是，印尼的煤层气储备是全球五大，而NGY在印尼的开采活动，更有望成为东南亚首宗。

由于印尼经济起飞，当地政府也希望加速煤层气的商业化，以帮助发电。

合约足以忙碌10年

纪永华表示，NGY将首先在印尼Tanjung Enim区块的40平方公里面积内，分段挖掘250口钻井。

“生产共享合约为期30年，如今已过去了5、6年，还有25年的时间。而在煤层气的钻井，寿命则少于20年。”

6个生产共享合约的规模庞大，足以让公司忙碌至未来10年。

他说，每口井的成本约为65万美元（约280万令吉），资金来源有许多选择，取决于不同的商业模式和情况。

“在我们准备呈交报告之际，就已经有许多油气大企业对这感兴趣，我们将会探讨合作模式。”

谈及风险，纪永华表示，煤层气在印尼才是个开始，而且煤层气的蕴藏量比石油更多，因此蕴藏量不够的可能不大。

“价格方面，首5至10年，印尼将是个卖方市场（seller market），除非有便宜的液化天然气（LNG）流入市场。”

此外，当地的煤层气价格，也比一般市价来得高。纪永华表示，美国的煤层气价每百万英热单位（mmbtu）为2至3美元，当地平均售价能到7至12美元。

年杪超越集团表现

吴添泉说，煤层气是亿利达控股的重心所在，公司十分重视该业务。

“我们估计，煤层气业务在今年杪或明年，就会超越以往集团的整体表现。”

吴添泉十分乐观看待煤层气业务的前景，也冀望更多投资者可投资其中，因为生产需要庞大的资金。

针对亿利达控股的未来，他说，若有策略需要，公司还是会脱售业务；相同，若有需要，也会收购赚钱的生意，如科技公司。

另外，他也不排除会通过发售附加股、私下配售或发售债券来筹资。一旦公司开始赚钱，公司将制定股息政策，派息回馈股东。【e南洋】

结盟多家中资 冀营业额倍增
亿利达力攻汽车零件业务

（梳邦再也28日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）预计，和多家中国公司合作后，汽车零件业务营业额贡献将从目前的30%倍增，并在未来2至3年，成为主要收入来源。

执行主席拿督斯里吴添泉指出，现在汽车零件业务贡献亿利达营业额的30%，他放眼，在与多家中国公司结为合作伙伴后，可刺激该项业务的营业额增长。

“我们今天签署的协议，除了可将技术引入以外，我们还会得到中国公司的资金投入。”

他是在出席今日与8家中国公司的签署仪式后，对媒体发表上述言论。

亿利达控股子公司欧多威（AutoV）企业，今日与宁波汽车零部件行业协会，和该会旗下的8家汽车零件制造商签署谅解备忘录，结为策略联盟和合作伙伴。

欧多威和宁波汽车零部件行业协会协议，将参与中国的“一带一路”计划、在大马建立生产中心，以及开拓至东南亚的右边驾驶市场。

建厂瞄准东盟市场

吴添泉指出，公司将会与更多中国公司结成合作关系。

“宁波汽车零部件行业协会有超过200个成员，而该些公司都是我们的潜在伙伴。”

这项合作关系是伴随着普腾和吉利的合并而产生。欧多威主要供应汽车零件给普腾，而宁波汽车零部件行业协会的成员是吉利的供应商。

该签署协议邀得国会下议院议长丹斯里班迪卡阿敏出席见证。其他出席者包括宁波汽车零部件产业协会常务副会长汪虹、宁波精诚车业有限公司主席康明章和欧多威企业总执行长杨岚绒。

进军印尼煤层气

料明年次季投产

亿利达控股早前进军煤层气业务，吴添泉指出，已完成了在印尼的煤层气勘探阶段，预计该业务最迟在明年次季开始投入商业营运。

“我们还在等待印尼政府的批准，可能会在明年次季更早之前就能开始营运。”

但他也点出，近期内煤层气业务尚未能为公司贡献盈利。

今年5月，吴添泉接受本报专访时透露，多元化至煤层气业务是为了减少对普腾的依赖，并盼丰厚回酬可助公司最快在明年转亏为盈。

根据公司最新财报，2017财年第3季公司的净亏录得96万7000令吉，比起上财年同期的200万9000令吉净亏有所好转。【e南洋】

该公司今日向交易所报备，澳洲上市的子公司NuEnergy Gas有限公司（简称NGY），将与印尼油气上游商业活动特务组合作，准备建议书，并在年底前呈交予印尼能源与矿物资源部。

根据亿利达控股的文告，Tanjung Enim生产共享合约的合作伙伴包括PT Pertamina和PT Bukit Asam。

政府作后盾

两者为印尼国有能源和资源公司的领导，承诺将协助准备发展建议书及长期合作。

NGY副执行主席纪永华通过文告指出，印尼油气上游商业活动特务组的批准是重大里程碑，因为该公司正迈向为印尼供应首个来自非传统管道的燃气。

他还说，合作伙伴的支持，代表Tanjung Enim资产具有前景和潜在价值。

NGY will work closely with SKK Migas  on the POD preparation with the objective to submit the POD proposal to the Indonesia Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources through the Head of SKK Migas before the end of the year. Both the partners for the Tanjung Enim PSC, PT Pertamina, an Indonesian state owned oil and gas company and PT Bukit Asam, an Indonesian state owned coal mining company, have given their commitments to the POD preparation and to the long term development of the PSC. The proposed concept for the initial POD, plans for the development in two target areas, in the north and north-west of the Tanjung Enim PSC where NGY has focused its exploration, drilling and pilot production activities over the last 8 years. The target buyers will be focused around the proposed POD areas, which is close to the existing networks and markets with gas infrastructure. During the POD preparation, NGY will carry out discussion with the target buyers and negotiate on gas sales agreements. NGY will focus its effort on the timely execution of the POD preparation process and to deliver the proposal by the end of the year. 该公司向马交所报备，印尼国油天然气子公司PT Pertamina Gas（PTPG），将与NuEnergy互换资讯，并合力评估Tanjung Enim项目为PTPG苏马特拉客户供应煤层气的可行度。

亿利达控股向交易所报备，NGY已经完成了两座探井的挖掘活动。

由于在挖掘过程中没有诱人的商业发现，因此，亿利达控股和上游石油天然气执行特别单位双方同意，让NGY放弃相关合约。

Rengat的生产共享合约的净账面价值为1010万美元（约4133万令吉），但亿利达控股表明，放弃合约并不会影响公司的营运。

专注煤层气业

这符合公司的关键策略，以专注于四个苏门答腊南部的生产共享合约，开发及营运一个大型煤层气供应，并更好地利用目前的资源。

随着更有效地分配资源，NGY能专注于Tanjung Enim的生产共享合约，以获得首批非传统天然气。

The relinquishment of Rengat PSC will not have any material impact to the operation of NuEnergy. We also wish to reiterate that NuEnergy remains committed in delivering Indonesia’s first coal bed methane supply from its Tanjung Enim PSC. This is in line with our strategic focus on our four (4) South Sumatra PSCs (Tanjung Enim PSC, Muara Enim PSC, Muara Enim II PSC and Muralim PSC), which are located adjacent to each other, to develop and operate a large coal bed methane supply and to better utilise the Group’s current resources to bring these South Sumatra PSCs to development/production. （吉隆坡15日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）宣布，子公司NuEnergy Gas已从印尼油气科技研发中心（LEMIGAS）手中，接获煤层气蕴藏量的证书。

亿利达控股今天向交易所报备，该煤层气蕴藏量证书，是来自Tanjung Enim生产共享合约（PSC）准备初步发展计划的目标发展区域。

该公司表示，印尼煤层气蕴藏量证书将由印尼政府机构，如LEMIGAS所管理。取得证书是煤层气发展计划筹备的必要过程之一，也是整个发展计划的根基。

一旦发展计划获批，煤层气的商业发展就能开始运作。

根据煤层气蕴藏量证书，该区域共发现86.05标准立方英尺（Bscf）的探明蕴藏量，及78.84标准立方英尺的概略蕴藏量。

因此，在该面积达33平方公里的发展区域（占Tanjung Enim生产共享合约面积13%），总煤层气蕴藏量共达165标准立方英尺。

一旦发展计划获批，NuEnergy Gas可通过超过200口井，每日将2500万立方英尺的煤层气送到市场。

亿利达控股副执行主席纪永华通过文告表示，证书为公司背书，且对Tanjung Enim资产的前景来说，是一个非常清晰的指标，符合公司对苏门答腊南部的煤层预期。

“Tanjung Enim的初步发展计划区域，仅占我们在苏门答腊生产共享合约2280平方公里总面积的1.4%。我们对于其他生产共享合约的巨大潜能感到振奋。”

同时，他也预计，Tanjung Enim的目标发展区域是其他资产的代表。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, we hereby wish to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”) (a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange), has received the coal bed methane (“CBM”) reserves certification from the Indonesia Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology (commonly referred to as LEMIGAS) for the Tanjung Enim Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) initial Plan of Development (“POD”) target development areas. LEMIGAS is the Indonesian government research & technology institution operating in the area of upstream and downstream oil and gas business and has key roles in the development of the oil & gas industry through research, engineering and development activities. The Indonesia CBM reserves certification to be administered by an Indonesian state agency such as LEMIGAS, is one of the required processes in the CBM POD preparation and forms the basis of the overall POD. Once the POD is approved, CBM commercial development may commence for that specified resource. The CBM reserves certification has concluded with findings of 86.05 Bscf of proved reserves (P1) and 78.84 Bscf for probable reserves (P2) giving a total gas reserves of around 165 Bscf for the target development areas covering 33 km2 (or 13% of the Tanjung Enim PSC acreage) that would enable NuEnergy to deliver 25 MMSCFD to the market through the development of over 200 wells once the POD is approved. Commenting on the Indonesian CBM reserves certification by LEMIGAS, NuEnergy Deputy Executive Chairman, Kee Yong Wah said: “This certification is an endorsement and a very clear indicator of the underlying prospects of the Tanjung Enim asset and is in line with our expectation of the coal seams in the South Sumatra region. The Tanjung Enim initial target development area only represents 1.4% of our total South Sumatra PSCs acreage of 2,280 km2 and we are excited about the huge potential of our other South Sumatra PSCs with the expectation that the Tanjung Enim target development area is a representation of the rest of these assets.
