有，注意 PN 17 的股吧，分分鐘暴起，會讓我們笑哈哈，(死了也沒人知道) PN 17 antah 也找來中國人收購。
PROTON也利害，消息一個比一個好，有可能嗎，一間SELL量全下跌的上市公司，有可能讓外資甘願自動去收購嗎?如果沒條件，有可能嗎，K8 也有提到，當牛市要暴起時，不管任何股都是亂亂起，所以現在也大都是人人亂亂買，連銀行也惜錢給人民，而且不用人去擔保了，你講，是不是也會像中國那里一樣呢?
所以沒什麼道理可以講的，報紙財經 報導人員可以知第一手資料，散戶也是跟這些新聞走動而已，但是已是第二手資料了，所以買賣跟錯新聞，那就得認命了，為何，今天登了，明天講不是，好的也是它講，不好的也是它講。
最後加一句，只提供個人見言，謝謝。
最近有2單論談的人物中搶了，給人告了。 所以敏感文字，也得寫 只提供個人見言。

PATIMAS COMPUTERS BERHAD ("PATIMAS" OR THE COMPANY)
- Proposed disposal by major shareholders of the Company of a total of 24
million ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Patimas to IRIS Corporation Berhad
Further to our announcement on 15 May 2006 and 9 November 2006 the Company
wishes to announce that it has been informed by its major shareholders, namely
Forum Pintar Sdn Bhd, En Mazlan bin Muhamed and Dato’ Ng Back Heang that the
Securities Commission has rejected the proposal by IRIS Corporation Berhad
(“ICB”) in relation to the acquisition by ICB of their respective shareholdings

in Patimas.

Further details are contained in the announcement made on 25 January 2007 by
ICB to the Exchange.

This announcement is dated 26 January 2007.

[size=85%]SC rejects Iris' plan to buy stake in Patimas

• [size=85%]THE Securities Commission (SC) has rejected Iris Corp Bhd's plan to buy a 31.75 per cent stake in Patimas Computers Bhd.
  
  Iris told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the deal was not approved as it does not show clear benefits towards Iris and consequently to its shareholders, taking into account the financial results of Patimas for the previous financial year.
  
  The SC, in a January 24 letter to the company, also had doubts about the reasonableness of the purchase consideration for the Patimas shares to be acquired, OSK Investment Bhd said on behalf of Iris.
  
  The proposed deal involved Iris buying 24 million Patimas shares of RM1 each for RM72 million from Forum Pintar Sdn Bhd, Mazlan Muhamed and Datuk Ng Back Heang.
  
  It would have been satisfied through the issuance of up to 109.09 million new Iris shares at 66 sen each or by way of cash payments.
  
  Patimas and Iris closed unchanged at 16 sen and 36 sen respectively yesterday.
  
  Iris is a security solution provider with core expertise in the area of securing government security documents.
