首3季赚1222万

该公司向马交所报备，净利激增，是因为固定资产更新周期的脱售所得，加上利息收入在该季贡献了税前盈利的40%。

第三季营业额按年亦升19.23%，至6055万1000令吉，可归功于工程项目数量的提升。

累计首九个月，净利增25.39%至1222万2000令吉，或每股2.34仙；营业额则扬12.58%，写1亿8505万1000令吉。

合约分为两个区域，第二区的合约价值为1898万9365令吉，第三区合约则是1952万9693令吉，总计3851万9059令吉。

（吉隆坡3日讯）国内大型基建项目接二连三，分析员看好亿马建筑（IKHMAS，5268，主板建筑股）会继续从中受益。

JF Apex证券分析员看好亿马建筑在2018财年可延续增长势头，除了因为国内打桩和基建工程热络，按进度入账的销售也开始走高。

“大马政府的一些措施，如大马经济转型执行方案（ETP）、公共交通主导发展（TOD）和走廊与城市转型计划，将为亿马建筑带来更多机会。”

亿马建筑在上周二（1月30日）获成荣企业有限公司颁发分包合约，负责轻快铁路线3的钻孔打桩工程，总值3851万9059令吉。

放眼5亿新订单

分析员点出，亿马建筑放眼在2018财年，可拿下总值5亿令吉的新订单，因此，上述合约相等于新订单目标的7.7%。

另外，在获得上述合约后，亿马建筑如今手持订单值达7.415亿令吉。假设净赚幅为8%，这些订单相等于2015财年净利的2.4倍。

亿马建筑包揽2建筑合约 总值2.58亿

（吉隆坡9日讯）亿马建筑集团（Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd）包揽两项建筑合约，总值为2亿5772万令吉。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Ikhmas Jaya私人有限公司获Naluri Rezeki私人有限公司委任为雪兰莪州加影医院提升工程的统筹承包商，合约金额为1亿9898万令吉。

根据合约，Ikhmas Jaya将以设计和建设的模式，在36个月内设计、建设、测试、调试、维护和完成医院提升工程。

另外，该集团宣布，子公司在本月5日获得Putrajaya Ventures私人有限公司的建筑合约，总值5875万令吉。

这项为期18个月，被称为配套1的合约，包括拆除位于吉隆坡安邦路Lot 155的两层地下层与3层办公楼，以及两层独立式洋房。

之后，该集团将建造和完成包括两层地下停车场，以及一楼部分和相关的基础工程。

亿马建筑指出，两个项目预计为截至今年12月杪财政年的盈利和净资产作出贡献。

1.         INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 February 2018 submitted its unaudited 4th quarter results ended 31 December 2017 (“Q4FY2017”) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). The Company also wishes to make reference to the Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 (“AFS 2017”). 2.        DEVIATION BETWEEN UNAUDITED RESULTS AND THE AUDITED RESULTS In compliance with Paragraph 9.19(35) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company wishes to inform that there is a deviation of more than 10% between the Group’s profit attributable to owners of IJGB in Q4FY2017 announced on 28 February 2018 as compared to AFS 2017. 亿马建筑（IKHMAS 5268），是一间负责打桩工程的公司。公司2018年首半年业绩增加19.4%，而其税前盈利也同时增加接近3倍达859万或每股盈利（6个月）1.18sen。公司今年首半年销售不俗，而且毛利增加，虽然其他也成本增加不过公司还是成功获得比去年多盈利。公司虽然半年业绩不俗，但其股价却在反映相反的走势，可能和第二季度的营收有大幅度的减少有关，这反映了建筑打桩工程开始缓慢了下来，而且这可能会是一个较长时间的下降趋势，虽然公司现手头上的工程合约多达接近10亿，不过虽然合约多，但短期内新工程进行未必多，因为最近公司宣布延迟其自身的建筑材料工厂，公司认为除非有足够多的新工程合约进行，不然公司并不打算建新的工厂来自用，也许这解释了其股价下滑的原因（净资产40sen）
（想买指数3星，公司工程合约高达接近10亿，但短期未来的营收却因为工程进行的缓慢而减少，自然也影响了公司盈利表现，而且相信会在未来数个季度反映出来）
