我坐daihatsu charade.
1.3 sohc  16v  EFI
车子很耐用。

有一段日子这辆Charade还蛮多人驾的。。那时比较流行像烫头型的车子。。三门civic就是其中一款。。

可憐的daihatsu,可是myvi在印尼有賣,不過牌子是掛上daihatsu sirion在perodua出產export過去.

雖然不是daihatsu的兒子,可是也不是umw的兒子(subsidiary),雖然umw是大股東,perodua只可以當作joint venture company也就是合資公司.

这辆应该是大发唯一在大马上市过的Sedan款式。。但近年来都没什么看过了~

Subsidiary是50%以上，不过in layman's term, 超过20%就叫儿子。
超过20%持股就必须把儿子的业务年年入账，不能当成是投资, 而是母公司的一部份业务，账面上必须承担儿子的盈亏。
当儿子亏钱的时候，可以走漏洞，卖剩19.99%, 那母公司就不会赤字。
