【浅谈LATITUD】- EPS进步69%, 业绩盈利双双突破了历史新高！！

虽然笔者没有持有Latitud这家公司，但是看到它的业绩就忍不住要浅谈这家公司。公司的盈利已经连续进步了9个季度，而且以现在RM7.32的价格，PE才7.80。这在5大家私股利算是股价最被低估的一家公司。可是回首4年的股价，LATITUD的股价从2011年底的61仙上涨到现在的RM7.32, 这可是上涨超过1,000%的神话，前提是你可以持有这家公司4年。

LATITUD的营业额突破性地上涨24%,来到了2.179亿马币，不过盈利只上涨了69%。为什么会用“只”呢，因为POHUAT, LIIHEN以及HEVEA的盈利都上涨超过100%以上。不过仔细一看，69%的涨幅相比其他领域已经是非常出色了。



LATITUD主要的业务分别来自马来西亚，越南以及泰国。



以上是LATITUD的summary，盈利进步只要归功出色的profit margin以及美金走高。这么出色的业绩，为什么股价却没有像其它家私股那样爆发呢？？

原因如下:

1.价格超过RM7过于昂贵，很多散户买不起。
2.当其它4间家私公司都派发红股或者分拆，只有LATITUD没有消息。
3.流通量太过于低，想要买进或者卖出都有难度。


明天会如何？？

业绩好股价通常应该要升，不过大家有没有发现最近很多公司盈利进步股价却下跌。可能是因为大众对公司的期望太高，业绩进步不够多而感到失望。

股市永远都是对的，错的是我们。就让股市先生告诉我们，LATITUD明天的股价会多少吧。
