this is resort appartment, so is bit higher then flat |

I bough 238k it is full renovation & ext front & rear already , if basic about 190 ~ 210 k, the taman call sungai besi indah, yes it just beside the mines only... if walk about 5 ~ 10 min distance only, but the rent is not so high as i know about RM 700 ~ 800 only, d. story normally can't get high rent price at serdang area btw that's L.hold title..99 years |

第一期20X70 双层 basic rm 200k 左右 大概20年了
比較新 d 20 X70 双 双层 basic rm 280 k 左右 大概10年
还有最新的 22 x 75/80 双层 要400 k 以上 大概2~3年吧了 |
