又跟上次一样的情况－－一宣布前后就插水－－上次没半小时就回弹攀高了－－这次不知道如何。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Stocks fall after rate cut

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks fell on Tuesday after the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by a quarter-percentage point, disappointing investors who had hoped for a more aggressive rate reduction.

The U.S. central bank cut the key federal funds rate for a third straight time to 4.25 percent from 4.50 percent. It also reduced the discount rate it charges banks for direct loans by 25 basis points to 4.75 percent from 5 percent.

The Dow Jones industrial average (DJI:^DJI - News) was down 61.45 points, or 0.45 percent, at 13,665.58. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (^SPX - News) was down 7.63 points, or 0.50 percent, at 1,508.33. The Nasdaq Composite Index (Nasdaq:^IXIC - News) was down 16.25 points, or 0.60 percent, at 2,702.70.

上次跳水有人救上来做人工呼吸，这次好像溺水太久了。。。
