印尼調高出口稅
棕油價再創新高
（吉隆坡5日訊）全球氣候反常，加上印尼政府調高原棕油出口稅，激勵棕油期貨再創新高，每噸期貨價一度飆升110令吉至3455令吉。
大馬衍生商品交易所2月份棕油期貨盤中飆升50令吉至3350令吉，4月份期貨上漲90令吉至3435令吉。

休市時，交投最活躍的4月份棕油交割期貨，每噸上漲2.8%至3431令吉。

聯昌期貨私人有限公司交易商詹德拉指出，食用油價格受各種因素影響節節漲，預計棕油價格可攀至3520令吉。

印尼政府日前宣佈，一旦棕油價升至每噸1100美元或以上（逾3600令吉），將征收15%棕油出口稅，低于1100美元則徵稅10%。

高銷量推動業績

上述決定是為了確保印尼國內供應量，並穩定食用油價格。

興業研究分析報告指出，儘管出口稅將隨著更高棕油價而上揚，但當局下調高附加值棕油產品的出口稅1%至4%，料可抵消調高出口稅后部分影響。

聯昌證券研究說，我國部分地區去年12月份雨水過量，或影響相關地區棕油樹收成及回酬。

此外，阿根廷首都布宜諾斯艾利斯旱災、印度氣候反覆等，也影響大豆、向日葵種子及油菜籽產量。

該行在分析報告指出，更高的棕油價格料可抵消高稅率的影響，預計印尼種植公司影響微乎其微。

“大馬種植業者相對可在成本無增加情況下，取得更高銷量，料是最大受惠單位。”

該行指出，種植領域重估因素催化劑包括種植公司在來臨的財報季節錄得佳績、反常氣候推高棕油價、食用油需求日增等。

該行及興業研究皆維持“跑贏大市”評級。
