其实那个Regional，在Setting里面而已吖...可以随意换的

The countries you can use HERE Drive in depends on your model of phone and the country your SIM card is from.

如果是要更新GDR3开发者预览版，的话照以下方法就行了。
1.先去WP APP STUDIO 注册一个账号。（注意！是用注册手机用的outlook，并不是开个新的账号）

2.去WP store 下载个 Preview for Developers 的 apps。

3.进入apps ，登入outlook，同意条款。

4.打开设置-手机更新-检查更新，然后下载更新。
5.等待齿轮转完，就更新完毕了。
注意：这不是black，目前只能享有以下功能，也不能下载black的apps（如果要越权下载black 的 apps 的话，我也能发个教程。）
-驾驶模式
-新的辅助功能
-改进的Wi-Fi共享功能
-更多铃声
-旋转锁定
-更好的存储管理
-快速关闭应用
-更好的蓝牙连接   

如果楼主要的是LUMIA BLACK，暂时只能等待，720的固件目前还没释放。

还有个register account是我们手机第一次register 的account是吗?我有另个outlook.com的account,我手机register的是hotmail.com的...
那就要用hotmail register的?

照样能升级。。。
要用register手机的邮箱开通，不然是无法升级GDR3的
如果是使用hotmail注册就用hotmail来开通WP app studio 的 account
安装包大约是40mb-50mb如果网速足够快的话，半小时内完成升级

Soft reset是同一时间按下volume down + power + camera button 十秒。 如果还不能解决问题就上网找 Lumia software recovery 的 software， 装了以后就能 format 你的电话了。

目前要打回应该没法吧！
系统只能升级没有下降的选项，就算是有微软也不会给你，见过xp微软还不怕黑
如果实在是受不了要打回，就refurbish，不过游戏存档尽失，请镇重考虑
