不是。。。montana是bungalow, semi-d, cluster的那个phase, 在foresta上面左边的。。。

My understanding for SA is that further into phase 1-3, there will be 4-6 which has double storey terrace.k No more 3 storey as they are not popular.

三层楼应该只有ebony是sellable的。。。。

请问有那位是Oak或Hazel的屋主？刚发现到Phase 2/3，新的Design主人房是不一样的。新的设计好多了，厕所的空间充分利用，把衣橱移出，腾出了不少空间给主人房。不知道能要求Phase1的Oak或Hazel和Phase 2/3主人房一样Design吗。。不然，要敲，可是千千声了

现在的建筑进度到多少了。。。 应该不可能改了哦。。。之前还没开始建的时候。。。有人改过feedback过外面柱子对准大门，改了一次，oak和hazel的。。。全部买主SNP重签一次。。。。。。

哦哦。。。

你说的show model是phase 2的全新的show model吗？还是all the while在那里的phase 1 model？

phase 2和phase 3什么价钱？

Hmm...Show Model算是全新吧。可是款式和设计都和Oak/Hazel一样，除了主人房哦...我没问价钱。不过肯定名字是不一样了。

你买了oak/hazel phase 1吗？

cascadia most design的主人房，除了walnut和bamboo, 其他的都蛮小的。。。。。

There 2 things that I've noted when visited the showhouse over the weekend:
1) The screws used were rusty when I visited the showhouse, especially those window grill, sliding windows/door, even though Developer might give 36 months warranty for defact however it is not a long term solution. Shouldn't they use better quality screws or at least rust-proof type?

2) I didn't see any lightning protection system e.g. lightning rods at the roof top. Anyone notice that , or I didn't see properly?

Appreciate someone can shed some light or advise.

1）一般上发展商都不会给很好quality的东西的。除非是更premium的房子吧。。。
2）好像没有landed有provide那样的system吧。。。避雷针好像都是自己装的。。。。

1）SEC 是Premium 房子, 我問了Saleperson 。 我希望Setia 可以采取行动体涼屋主的担懮。
2）我問了Saleperson， Saleperson 説SEC 房子有. 我放心了..
