我所知道的是 6% GST 已经取代 10% sales tax,这个 Wikipedia 没 update。
可是所有 CC 的车子都 75% 我就有所不知了,你可以帮忙找出来看看?

Car prices are further escalated by the tax rate and excise duty imposed.
According to Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA), the excise duty imposed on cars ranges from 65% to 105%, on top of the 10%( replaced by 6%GST) sales tax.

如果国产税公平的征收,在经济上比较容易辩护,但不是公平的征收,国产车的税务比非国产车低,拆卸的入口车的税务比整辆的入口车的税务低。
这严重歪曲了汽车市场,限制了消费者的选择。由于市场向本地品牌的汽车以及在本地装配的入口车倾斜,竞争减少,消费者的福利蒙受损失。

Viva excise duty only RM1386.
If this is true;
1. Cost of rebadging/making Perodua car is high
2. Perodua markup is very high
3. Perodua is paying less than 10% excise tax due to huge amount of local content. (Which is very doubtful).
As for proton, the amount is much lower, which is logical but still the amount is too low. I start to think that Proton and Perodua still getting excise tax rebate. More than 50%.
