应嘉获批收购广州Cosway股权

（吉隆坡14日讯）应嘉机构（ENGKAH，7149，主板消费股）宣布，获得中国监管单位批准，收购Cosway（广州）化妆品生產公司30%的股权，价值282万人民幣（约173万令吉）。
应嘉机构是透过旗下独资子公司--广州应嘉商业諮询有限公司，在2012年1月27日提出收购，但事隔3年才获得批准。
Cosway（广州）的业务为生產香水、彩妆、护肤品、洗浴用品和家用產品，供应至中国Cosway以及其他商家。应嘉股价今日起18仙或8.82%，至2.22令吉，是第8大上升股。【东方网财经】
