The April 27 update for Final Fantasy XV will include the “Afrosword,” a DJ deck-themed weapon that changes the background music to a new song from Afrojack when equipped, Square Enix announced.
The Afrosword will be obtainable as a reward to those who complete one of the game’s Timed Quests.

Square Enix《Final Fantasy XV》公开 E3 2017 最新宣传影像“FINAL FANTASY XV UNIVERSE E3 2017 Trailer”，展示了目前《Final Fantasy XV》宇宙的现状，并介绍今后的更新。
《Final Fantasy XV》确认将对应微软本次 E3 上公布的新硬件 Xbox One X。而 DLC“普朗普托”将于 6 月 27 日推出，同天还将推送新的升级补丁，追加Regalia 雷加利亚TYPE-D等，更多详情应该会在当天 E3 2017 直播中公布。此次 DLC 中将可操作王子诺克提斯的伙伴之一普朗普托体验一段新剧情，视频中可以确认到狙击画面。未来还将推出伊格尼斯的 DLC，以及多人游玩模式。
此外视频中还展示了本届 E3 索尼展前发布会上公开的PSVR内容《Final Fantasy XV 深海怪物》（MONSTER OF THE DEEP Final Fantasy XV）。
Final Fantasy XV downloadable content “Episode Prompto” will launch on June 27, Square Enix announced.
The “Regalia Type-D” update, which we previously detailed, will launch on June 27 alongside “Episode Prompto.” It will give players greater freedom to drive the Regalia off-road through various environments.
Finally, Square Enix also reconfirmed that Final Fantasy XV will be updated to support Xbox One, following Microsoft’s announcement on Sunday.
Final Fantasy XV is available now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
In other Final Fantasy XV Universe-related news, Square Enix announced Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV for PlayStation VR during Sony’s E3 2017 press conference, and today announced King’s Knight: Wrath of the Dark Dragon, a new action RPG coming to iOS and Android in 2017.

Square Enix 官方今天宣布他们将于 2017 年 8 月 3 日至 8 月 8 日于全球同时举办《Final Fantasy XV》多人扩展包“战友”（Comrades）的Beta内测。只限购买了季票或是数字豪华版的玩家均可参加，需要Playstation Plus 或 Xbox Live会员。8月2日可以提前预载客户端。
在《Final Fantasy XV》多人扩展包“战友”中可以创造自己的角色并对其进行操作。随后的更新还会允许玩家操作诺克提斯等主角四人组的成员。在最多可以4人操作的多人任务中与各种敌人战斗，同时还有剧情展开以及单人专用任务。
Square Enix has announced that it will host a worldwide, closed online test for its upcoming Final Fantasy XV multiplayer expansion, “Comrades,” from August 3 to 8.
Users who have purchased the Final Fantasy XV Season Pass or Digital Premium Edition will be able to participate in the closed online test. A download will be made available on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store on August 2.

Playable Characters

Create, control, and save up to eight avatars.
Full Release
Develop avatars using experience gained from defeating enemies and completing quests. Updates will allow you to also play as Noctis, Gladiolus, Prompto, and Ignis.
Avatars

Customize avatars with elements limited to the test version.
Full Release
Unlock customization elements with item purchases at outposts and quest rewards. Updates will add even more elements.
Base
Closed Online Test
Begin at test version base camp and play through a custom tutorial.
Full Release
Experience a city with much more than the test version base camp. Base functionality will significantly increase. (Please await further information.)
Weapons
Closed Online Test
Choose from katana, club, dagger, and shuriken weapons. Attack patterns vary from those of Noctis.
Full Release
Enjoy an expanded arsenal featuring polearm, crossbow, and shield weapons as well, which also feature different attack patterns. Weapons come with preset abilities and experience points, and can be leveled up by meeting certain conditions. (Please await further information.)
Royal Sigils
Closed Online Test
Invoke the powers of sovereigns for your avatar with this new feature. Equip one of four default royal sigils in the test version.
Full Release
Collect and equip royal sigils as you progress. The wide array of enhancements provided by the royal sigils will play a key role in cooperative multiplayer combat. (Please await further information.)
Quests
Closed Online Test
Choose from one of three quests, with up to three legs to each quest. All players will be matched online in the test version. You cannot take on quests on your own.
Full Release
Explore quests with storylines as well as single-player quests. Join up to three other players online with a subscription to PlayStation Plus or an Xbox Live Gold membership, or fight alongside three AI companions.
Meals
Closed Online Test
Retrieve one ingredient per person per quest, and have the camp cook prepare a meal afterward.
Full Release
Encounter more cooks and enjoy a wider range of meal-based boosts.
Meteorshards
Closed Online Test
Receive meteorshards as quest rewards. Meteorshards cannot be used in the test version.
Full Release
Gather meteorshards during quests to expand the scope of available activities or to unlock new quests. (Please await further information.)
Other Systems
Closed Online TestInteract with other players using preset chat messages. Also supports voice chat.
Full Release
