（吉隆坡5日訊）XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿服）股價閉市掛12.5仙，刷新52週最高水平，股項交投熾熱，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢。

今早開市時，XOX說電訊即延續上週五（2日）唱好走勢，獲投資者追捧之下再揚1仙，股價掛10仙，盤中交投大熱，為今日10大熱門股之一，閉市時漲幅擴至3.5仙，掛12.5仙，已刷新52週最高水平，逼近1年半最高，全日成交量則高達6996萬6900股。

由于今日股價勁漲高達38.89%，XOX說電訊市值從上週五（2日）2988萬令吉，再增22.22%或664萬令吉至3652萬令吉。成交量亦是2005年上市以來平均交投的約7倍。

馬證交所稍晚發出異常交易活動質詢，要求該公司解釋股項價量齊揚原因，並告誡投資者關注該公司回應，謹慎交易。

該公司上週五曾向馬證交所報備指出，為專注現有核心業務，脫售表現欠佳且虧損子公司XOX零售私人有限公司。

（吉隆坡6日讯）XOX公司（XOX Bhd ( Valuation: 0.20, Fundamental: 1.40)）昨日遭大马交易所发出“不寻常市场交易”（UMA）质询，今日股价持续飙升16%。

该电讯服务供应商今日早盘一度为最大热门股，股价攀升2.5仙至14.5仙。

截至早上10时39分，该股涨幅收窄至13仙，起0.5仙或4%，成交量为5874万2800股。

今年迄今，XOX公司的股价劲飚170%，远远超越马股的表现，富时隆综指至今下跌6%。

马交所昨日表示，XOX公司的价量齐飙升，因而向后者发出UMA质询。

马交所促XOX公司须披露任何可能造成股票异动的企业发展、传言或报告。

XOX公司昨日的股价暴涨3.5仙或39%，全日收报于12.5仙，成交量由932万股，飙高至6997万股。

截至截稿前，XOX公司仍未就马交所的UMA质询作出回应.

（吉隆坡15日訊）上週一（5日）因價量齊揚而遭大馬股票交易所質詢的XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿服組），週四延續過去一週的強勁走勢，再漲3仙或18.75%。

短短10天內，該股猛漲超過一倍，從9仙漲至19仙。

週四早開市，XOX說電訊表現平平，一度跌0.5仙至15.5仙，但隨買盤後來大量湧現，股價開始急漲，盤中最高曾漲至19.5仙，漲3.5仙或21.87%，臨尾收盤時雖稍被套利侵蝕，全天仍漲18.75%，並以高達9千940萬6千200股成交量成為全天最熱門股。

據瞭解，XOX說電訊近期並無重大利好消息問世，而且正建議削資和發股集資計劃，也正嘗試重組債務。

截至今年6月止的2015財政年，XOX說電訊營業額按年成長59.42%至9千零95萬2千令吉，並按年轉虧為盈，報淨利80萬9千令吉。

（吉隆坡26日訊）繼上週交投大熱，XOX說電訊（ XOX，0165，創業板貿服）今日又在沒有特別企業發展的情況下，價量異常飆升，股價一度漲1.5仙或6.5%至24.5仙，創下超過3年半最高水平，接獲“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢。

該公司晚間就“異常交易活動”質詢回應，表示不知情。

該股以23.5仙迎市，升0.5仙，在半小時內起1.5仙或6.5%至24.5仙，創下2012年3月份以來的最高水平，以23仙平盤掛休；半日成交量2846萬5400股。該股午盤轉跌，閉市報22.5仙，跌0.5仙，成交量達3467萬9500股，為10大熱門股。

本月初才因股價異常波動而接獲質詢的XOX說電訊，今日再度無故交投火熱。

該公司股價在2週內猛漲近60%至15仙，本月5日接獲“異常交易活動”質詢，在6日回應不知情。

瞄準東南亞市場 XOX說擬開發手機平台

（吉隆坡26日訊）XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿易股）與韓國Mobligation公司簽署合作協議，發展新的手機瀏覽平台，瞄準東南亞市場6億1800萬人口。

XOX說電訊今日在我國羽球健將拿督李宗偉見證下，分別與韓國Mobligation公司和FotoKem公司簽署合作協議。

XOX說電訊總執行長黃國興引述美國互動廣告局數據稱，廣告商于2015年在全球手機廣告方面花費642億5000萬美元（約2711億令吉），相比2014年共成長60%；2018年預計將達1585億5000萬美元（約6693億令吉），占所有廣告的22.3%。

同時，廣告商于陳列式廣告方面花費151億美元（約637億令吉）；搜索廣告則達147億美元（約620億令吉）。

為此，XOX說電訊正與Mobligation公司商討組成聯營公司，準備進軍該市場。

今日簽約儀式的列席者包括Mobligation公司執行副總裁全晶勳、總執行長金峻模、XOX說電訊董事經理拿督蔡文杰、Fotokem私人有限公司董事邱志勤和業務發展部經理蔡偉充。

助加強各品牌實力

黃國興指出：“此次合作將把XOX說電訊的品牌推廣到更廣闊的市場平台。”

同日，XOX說電訊與FotoKem公司簽署合作協議，成立XOX Fotokem Premium Centers，幫助加強各自品牌的實力。

黃國興稱，XOX說電訊于上月推出新的后付配套，截至目前已累積用戶1萬5000人。他指出，XOX Fotokem Premium Centers的成立，將有助于推動新后付配套的發展。【中国报财经】
