陈天福：没建立联盟 增持应嘉纯属投资

（吉隆坡9日讯）最近崛起成为应嘉机构有限公司（ENGKAH，7149，消费产品组）大股东的陈天福，否认该个人护理与家居产品制造商与私人拥有Alliance化妆集团之间的任何潜在联盟。

Alliance化妆集团也是由陈天福所创办。

在5月30日，陈天福透过持有应嘉机构的5.03%，或356万股票，崛起成为大股东之一。应嘉机构的现有已发行与缴足股票资本为7076万股。

针对其于应嘉机构的持股，陈天福表示：“这只是一项投资。”

他拒绝评论是否计划增加在该公司的股份。

据该公司2013常年报告显示，陈天福至5月5日止已经拥有应嘉机构的4.89%股权。

应嘉机构透露：“陈天福成为大股东是一件好事。这表示他对公司的信心。我们相信这将加强投资者的信心。”

应嘉机构与Alliance化妆集团之间将拥有相辅相成的业务。应嘉机构的核心实力是其制造与研发能力，而Alliance化妆集团则专注于分销和行销。

不过，应嘉机构也否认两家公司目前的任何联盟。

Alliance化妆集团拥有Silky Girl、Stage和SG Men品牌，及分销Revlon、Avenet和Elancyl产品。Alliance化妆集团现也是应嘉机构的一名客户，贡献‘数巴仙’的收益。

私募基金国家股份有限公司（Equinas）和Navis资本股份现控制Alliance化妆集团的80%。而陈天福不再领导Alliance化妆集团惟仍然在董事部占一席位。

应嘉机构截至2013年12月31日止财政年度的收益和净盈利分别下滑23%和40%，各退至6500万令吉和780万令吉。净利润则从15%缩小到12%。

其2013财政年的收益创下过去5年最低，而净盈利则是第2最低，仅次于2009财政年。

尽管如此，它在2013财政年却从盈利和保留收益中，拨出1560万股股息，相等于每股22.5仙。在过去3年，它已持续派发每股22.5仙股息，高于其每股收益。

基于2.45令吉股价，以及22.5仙常年股息，该股周息率达9%，及市值1亿7336万令吉。其评值也高于2013财政年收益21.84倍。

至3月31日止，它拥有零借贷，及坐拥净现金1780万令吉。

在截至2014年3月31日止首财季，其收益和净盈利分别倒退13%和26%，各减至1510万令吉和139万令吉。

应嘉今年有望获跨国新订单

(乔治市25日讯)应嘉机构（EngKah，7149，主板消费股）相信，在2014年有望获得跨国公司的新订单，支撑公司今年的成长表现。       

应嘉机构是一家合约护理產品製造商，该公司主席兼董事经理尤应嘉透露，该公司目前正与多家跨国公司进行洽商新订单，包括来自英国及美国的公司。

此外，他表示，目前还未適合公佈这些潜在的名字，一旦签订合约，公司將会做出正式的宣布。

加强海外业务

他也透露，该公司多元化客户的行动，仍会以跨国公司为主。

尤应嘉是在该公司今日举行的股东大会后，对记者发表谈话。

他表示，该公司希望今年的营业额將可超越2013財政年取得的6505万令吉。

接下来，尤应嘉表示，公司將进一步加强其海外业务，特別是中国。

「继续寻找其他潜在客户，是公司的行销策略之一。另外，我们也分別在印尼及中国成立子公司，作为我们多元化的策略之一。」

另外，该集团將进一步加强研发活动，主要是因为研发新產品，提高產品系列將协助公司取得成长。

应嘉爭取英澳超市药房合约

（乔治市7日讯）个人护理產品合约生產商--应嘉机构（EngKah，7149，主板消费股）透露，该公司正在爭取澳洲连锁超级市场及英国连锁药房的合约。

该公司主席兼董事经理尤应嘉指出，该公司与这些潜在客户目前仍在进行初步的洽商。

他在应嘉机构今日的股东特大之后对记者表示，「我们希望在年底达成协议，这预计將为公司接下来的財政年，带来大约20%的营业额贡献。」

他表示，在交易达成初期，相关公司首先將小量的订购產品，之后才逐步增加数量。

不过，尤应嘉不愿意透露这些潜在客户的公司名字。

他也透露，这些公司的审核师早前已经到应嘉机构的工厂参观，並对工厂的情况感到满意。目前只是等待这些客户下订单，「我相信，这只是时间上的问题。」
