義利增持必勝至32.35% 2010-08-13 10:40

義利（YEELEE, 5584, 主板消費品組）以561萬令吉，向獨資子公司Transworld Commodities公司收購必勝（SPRITZR, 7103, 主板消費品組）的550萬股，促使持股權增至32.35%，或相等於逾4225萬5000股。

這間公司發表文告指出，這項收購計劃是很好的投資機會，料可對義利的未來盈利及資產增長作出正面貢獻。
