该公司向马交所报备，截至9月30日下午5时，共接获16亿3033万股附加股申请，比原定计划发行的14亿6657万股，超出1亿6376万股，或相当于11.17%。

5月，布米阿马达建议以2配1附加股送1红股比例，各发出14亿7924万股附加股和红股，为浮式生产储油轮（简称FPSO）资本开销、拓展深海业务产能及扩大舰队筹资。【南洋网财经】

布米阿马达（ARMADA，5210，主板贸服股）刚刚进行2配1附加股（每股售1.35令吉）及2送1红股活动，因此，股价顺应调整。

如果以除权前约3令吉计算，除权后理论上股价是1.84令吉，和目前市场不相上下。

但是，从今年初约4令吉股价，布米阿马达可说是节节败退；直到3令吉，也就是和2011年7月新上市时的发售价3.15令吉差不多时，才喘定下来。
投资者减持

公司三年来皆有派息，不过只介于2.5仙和3.25仙之间，周息率非常低，少过1%。

不过，由于它是本地富商阿南达的属下公司之一，市值超过100亿令吉，所以，许多分析员必须跟踪它，而且也是机构投资者所爱。

公司过去三年净利在3.6亿至4.3亿令吉，或每股14仙左右，由于分析员预测公司会在油气领域大有作为，因此，给予约30倍的偏高本益比。

但是，公司在2014上半年虽然保持约10亿令吉的营业额，净利明显逊退，只取得1.6亿令吉或每股5.6仙，因此投资者纷纷减持，导致股价败退。
如果以3令吉的股价来评估，每股盈利12仙，本益比仍然高企在25倍。

254亿订单支撑盈利

不过，随着布米阿马达进行附加股，筹得20亿令吉，预料这将对公司未来的业务起了正面的作用。

附加股融资所得，大部分将会投入浮式生产储卸油轮和运输及安装（简称T&I）业务。

在完成企业活动后，负债率将改善至0.22倍，意味在必要时，仍有相当的举债空间。

目前，公司共有总值254亿令吉订单，而可选择延长的合约总值，则达121亿令吉，未来盈收来源不成问题，相信业绩在第3季开始会好转。

如果对此股有兴趣，可密切观察未来两季的财政业绩，谋定而后动。但是，相信公司的派息方针不会改变，投资者只能放眼股价成长，而非等待高股息。

（吉隆坡11日訊）岸外支援船（OSV）行業看來正航向驚濤駭浪，因為新船艦不斷運交。而已從去年高峰回退的租船費，預料面對更大壓力。

對岸外支援船公司如阿瑪達（ARMADA,5210,主板貿服組）、環境海事資源（ALAM,5115,主板貿服組）、柏達納石油（PERDANA,7108,主板貿服組）和標誌岸外（ICON,5255,主板貿服組）而言，這將不會是好消息。

目前岸外支援船每日出租費率估計約2萬3千美元，相比去年為4萬美元（費率不一，依不同船型而定）。

其它設施如鑽油台的租費也告走軟，深海鑽油台租金下跌至介於37萬5千美元至50萬美元之間，相比去年高峰期為為65萬美元，以及自升式鑽台租金從每日平均16萬美元下跌至15萬美元。

由於自2011年起新船訂單升高，以及過去三四年不斷有新競爭者進入市場，岸外支援船公司已轉為看法謹慎。

產能過剩
需求下跌
一家岸外支援船公司的執行員表示，“我們現在看到的是每個人都進入岸外支援船市場，導致產能過剩和需求下跌。”

他指出，“許多公司對其計劃錯誤定價或草率接受計劃。”

由於分析員預料每日租費和使用率，以及國油加速探勘和生產開銷，油氣公司紛紛訂購新岸外支援船。事實上今年和明年就將有7艘新建船隻進入海域。

（吉隆坡15日訊）近來股價持續下跌的布米亞馬大（ARMADA，5210，主要板貿服），昨日雖有延長合約的好消息，但股價仍未獲提振，今日一度挫15仙至1.38令吉，再刷新低紀錄。

布米亞馬大今日股價再度走跌，開盤微揚1仙，以1.54令吉出發，隨后卻轉跌南下，休市時報1.43令吉，跌10仙，半日成交量達872萬7800股。午盤間一度挫15仙至1.38令吉，創下史上新低紀錄。

截至4點30分，該股跌11仙至1.42令吉，成交量錄得1627萬200股。

該公司昨日向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司布米亞馬大岸外控股有限公司，與聯營公司PT Armada Gema Nusantara所組成的財團，與Husky-CNOOC Madura 有限公司延長意向書（LOI），為后者供應浮式生產儲卸油船。

這項意向書期限為10年，總值11億8000萬美元（約37億6000萬令吉），以及有5年的延長合約期限，總值1億4700萬美元（約4億6900萬令吉）。

根據報備文件指出，倘若這項意向書沒有延長，將會在本月底截止。

38億租約延遲執行‧阿瑪達應付有餘

（吉隆坡15日訊）阿瑪達（ARMADA,5210,主板貿服組）總值12億美元（約38億令吉）的Madura浮式生產儲油船艦（FPSO）租約延後兩週執行，期限從10月9日推至10月31日。

分析
安聯星展研究指出，萬一上述合約最後告吹，阿瑪達目標價將降低11仙左右。

然而，該行也認為，阿瑪達剛剛宣佈Kraken和15/06安哥拉項目續約的消息，即使Madura合約取消，阿瑪達在股價近期下跌後，仍有明顯的上升空間，維持“買進”評級。

該行給予阿瑪達的目標價為2令吉55仙。阿瑪達週三下跌12仙收1令吉41仙。

阿瑪達8月接獲Husky-Cnooc Madura公司的意向書，有意簽下“10+5”租船合約，10年租費為12億美元，續約5年費用則是每年1億4千700萬美元（約4億7千萬令吉）。

安聯星展表示，雖然油價回落，但仍看好訂單龐大的阿瑪達。扣除Madura合約，該公司目前掌握220億令吉訂單，若包括續約部份則增至320億令吉，至少未來5年盈利無虞。

該行補充，該公司唯一軟肋是岸外支援船業務，這項業務容易受到油價波動的影響。

布米亞馬大今日向馬交所報備這項董事局易動，夏普爾現年50歲，擁有倫敦里士滿學院（Richmond College）商業管理與經濟學士學位，並擁有20年跨行業的經驗，包括建築、船舶、銀行、製造、物流和岸外油氣。

報備文件指出，夏普爾為Forbes & Co公司的主席，該公司在孟買股票交易所上市，主要從事工程、船舶、物流、倉庫和多元形式運輸。另外，夏普爾也是Shapoorji Pallonji集團旗下的Eureka Forbes公司的主席。

Bumi Armada wishes to announce that HCML and the Consortium have mutually agreed via an Amendment of Letter of Intent dated 6 November 2014, to extend further the period for the execution of the Contract. Accordingly, the LOI shall terminate upon the earlier of: (a)  On 27 November 2014, subject to such extension as may be mutually agreed between HCML and the Consortium; or (b)  Upon signing of the Contract. The parties have finalised clarifications and are procuring relevant internal approvals to execute the Contract. This announcement is dated 12 November 2014.
