该股週二以6.19令吉开盘，隨后逐渐走低，在5.96令吉至6.06令吉之间波动。午盘交易， 该股进一步挫跌至全天最低的5.95令吉， 之后收復部份失地， 以5.99令吉掛收，全天下跌21仙或3.39%，成交量为157万8600股，排在下跌榜第3名。

马银行投行分析员指出，巴迪尼控股目前的扩充计划仍在轨道上，同时也可从6月至9月的「税务假期」中短期受惠。

无论如何，该公司目前仍无法估算SST开跑后对生產成本造成的影响。

根据了解， 如果对成本的影响低于一成， 巴迪尼控股將选择维持產品售价，若影响超过10%，分析员相信，该公司將会通过调高產品价格，將成本转嫁给消费者。

（吉隆坡27日讯）营业额走高，激励巴迪尼控股（Padini Holdings Bhd）第四季净利按年劲扬45.1%。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至6月杪2018财政年末季的净利达5729万令吉，或每股8.71仙，相较于上财年同期的3948万令吉，或每股6仙，归功于盈利赚幅改善及抵销销售和分销费用增加。

末季营业额亦从4亿6031万令吉，增3.8%至4亿7791万令吉，主要由于开斋节落在6月份，还有在该季度进行4天的特别促销活动。

该集团宣布为截至明年6月30日止2019财年派发每股2.5仙的首个中期股息，并将于9月28日支付。2018财年的股息合共为11.5仙。

巴迪尼在2018财年全年净赚1亿7826万令吉，较2017财年的1亿5739万令吉增长13.3%；营业额从15亿7000万令吉，升6.9%至16亿8000万令吉。

展望未来，尽管经济环境充满挑战且成本上升，但该集团有信心进入另一个获利时期。

《PADINI股東大會 2018》

買過PADINI，但沒出席過它的股東大會，這次算是第一次，主要是多了解公司運作和管理層，順便騙吃騙喝。
話說，本來是想來騙贈品的，殊不知一張優惠卷也沒有，只有一盒可憐餐盒，算是省了一餐吧，知足就好。
蛤蜊在10點前就抵達，喝了杯咖啡就匆忙地進去會場，等待股東大會的開始。環顧四周，來的人不多，但也算不錯了，畢竟如今市場嚴峻，加上沒有贈品，想必股東們都不想浪費車油出席吧。會出席的，應該都是真正想了解公司的人。
該股東大會在10點正準時開始，主席照稿念股東所發問的問題，蛤蜊重點記錄一下就好。
1）公司是否會受貿易戰影響？
目前，貿易戰對公司的影響很小，因為公司大部分營業額是來自本地的。但是令吉趨弱，卻會影響公司的原料成本。但我們已密切關注這個問題。
×股東問，關於原料成本的問題。公司年輕才俊本傑明說，padini是零售商，我們不會做對沖的，因為這個是製造商該做的。而公司有許多供應商可以選擇，哪個便宜，就可以選擇哪個。
2）2019預算案是否會繼續提振公司業績？
我們對目前營運策略感到正面，我們對公司目前的經營狀況將會持續，網絡平台處於開發期，同時正在開發柬埔寨和泰國市場。
×股東問，為何不在人口經濟增長更快的越南設置新店呢？我們對於拓展業務十分小心，目前柬埔寨仍處於摸索階段，我們的目標是在東南亞各國，都設有PADINI的店，而這只是開始。
我們仍在學習當地的法律，文化等等，以便提供最符合當地人口味的服裝。
×貿易戰是個絕佳拓展業務的時機，因為更便宜的營運成本。
3）網絡平台貢獻多少營業額，對此有什麼發展計劃？
網絡銷售的營業額貢獻少於1％。公司已積極在各社交媒體推廣。目前只有在zalora銷售，其他lazada和shopee仍處於考慮階段。
其他問題，蛤蜊覺得不是很重要，讀者可以自行從照片中閱讀。間中也有股東問關於接班人的問題等等。
總結，PADINI在過去數年，一直都在拓展本地市場，去年總共開設了18家店，而今年只計劃開設4家店以及翻修5家店，相比去年減少一半，估計新財年的業績增長力度將會減緩，但不至於倒退。同時，公司也開始拓展國外業務，探討更多的可能性，不再局限於本地市場。
因此，鑑於成長力度不大，DY也不高，個人覺得好像沒什麼肉吃。但長期而言，這公司依然會穩定成長。

（吉隆坡29日讯）巴迪尼控股（Padini Holdings Bhd）未能从3个月免税假期中受惠。

截至今年9月30日止首季（2019财年首季），该集团的净利按年劲挫42.5%至1796万令吉，上财年同季为3120万令吉，主要是赚幅承压所致。

惟季度营业额按年微扬4.6%至3亿2980万令吉，上财年同期报3亿1518万令吉，归功于Brands Outlets的销量增加。

2019财年首季的每股盈利跌至2.73仙，之前为4.75仙。尽管如此，该集团宣布在截至2019年6月30日止财年，派发每股2.5仙第二次中期股息，将于12月28日支付。

该集团指出，总盈利赚幅从43%，滑落至40%，是拉低税前盈利的部分原因。

展望未来，尽管经济环境充满挑战且成本上升，该集团仍有信心继续获利。
