EA is making an Assassin's Creed-style open-world action game

'Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series' Season Finale Trailer Looks Back at Players' Choices in the Saga
Based on the award-winning HBO television drama series, Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series tells the story of House Forrester. Caught up in the fight for the Iron Throne, they are placed in a precarious position where members of the household must do everything they can to prevent the house from meeting its doom.
The final of six episodes in the season, 'The Ice Dragon' will be available starting Tuesday, November 17th on PC/Mac from the Telltale Online Store, Steam, and other digital distribution services, the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in North America (SCEA) and Europe (SCEE), the Xbox Games Store for Xbox One and Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and on compatible iOS and Android-based devices. This marks the first time in Telltale's release history that a finale will be available to download simultaneously across all console, PC/Mac and mobile platforms, day and date, worldwide.
The season will also debut on disc at retailers in North America beginning November 17th on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 for the suggested retail price of $29.99 USD or equivalent; and beginning November 20th in Europe on these consoles as well as for PC.
Your story is about to come to an epic conclusion. With House Whitehill tightening its grip on Ironrath at the behest of Ramsay Bolton, the remaining Forresters must give their all to save the family, whether through diplomacy, subterfuge, or violent force. In the frozen wilds beyond The Wall, Gared learns the secrets of the mysterious North Grove, and Mira discovers that political games in a King's Landing controlled by Cersei Lannister often involve the highest stakes of all.
What is the fate of House Forrester? When you play the Game of Thrones, you win or you die. Your choices, your story: you decide.
The game series is based on the world, characters and events seen in HBO's TV show, which in turn is based on George R. R. Martin's books (A Song of Ice and Fire). The events in the game series begin towards the end of Season Three of the series, and end right before the beginning of Season Five. Players will visit familiar locations such as King's Landing and The Wall, as well as unfamiliar locations such as Ironrath, the home of House Forrester.
The game is played from five different points of view. Each is a member of House Forrester; either a direct family member, or a person in service to the House. Scattered across Westeros and Essos, each will play their part in seeking to save House Forrester from destruction.

Funcom to Launch 'The Park' on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
Funcom is excited to announce that 'The Park', the company's brand new single-player psychological horror experience, will be unleashing its scares on PlayStation 4 and on Xbox One consoles via the ID@Xbox self-publishing program in Q1 2016. After a successful launch for Windows PC during Halloween this year, Funcom is looking forward to once again opening the gates to its horror theme park in what will be the company's first console release in almost ten years.
"Encouraged by the positive reactions we have received on the Windows PC version, we are very excited about bringing it to consoles," says Funcom CEO Rui Casais. "Exploring a dark, sinister and frankly terrifying location from the comfort of your sofa, with the lights turned off and controller in hand, is sure to be a very rewarding experience."
Offering up a psychological horror story set in a unique and unusual setting, 'The Park' generated a lot of attention when it premiered during Halloween this year. It quickly became a favorite among streamers, and a quick YouTube search revealed more than seven million views on various Let's Play videos during the first week following release. Among the extensive media coverage, UK newspaper The Telegraph included it in its list of 'Five Modern Horror Games You Must Play This Halloween'.
In 'The Park' players step into the shoes of Lorraine, a mother whose son goes missing at the Atlantic Island Park. Here players must explore the dilapidated amusement park and face panic and paranoia as they progress unravel Lorraine's story and the history of the park itself. The Windows PC version is currently available on Steam, Humble Store, Green Man Gaming and GamersGate. The game is one to two hours long and focuses entirely on exploration and storytelling.

Today, Ubisoft announced that The Crew: Wild Run, the expansion to the action-driving MMO The Crew, is available worldwide for download from November 17th and will be available in stores on November 19th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Windows PC. Starting today all players of The Crew will experience a free update including updated graphics, new lighting effects, redesigned areas adapted for all types of vehicles and the all-new weather system.
In The Crew: Wild Run, players will hit the road with four new vehicle types created to test their driving skills and push the limits of the road: dragsters, designed to reach incredible top speeds; drift cars that demonstrate impressive control; unstoppable monster trucks that can perform dangerous backflips and insane jumps; and a range of agile motorcycles geared to take on the fastest cars on- and off-road.
The Crew: Wild Run will rally players to “The Summit ”, the largest challenge in a driving game to date, where they will showcase their talents across the widest range of skillsets and terrains. Each summit will last three days on average and will take place in iconic US locations. Two Summit Qualifiers will pop up every week. After a full month of intense competition, the best participants will get access to the Monthly Summit Finale in order to battle to become king of the road and be rewarded with an exclusive new vehicle. Players will have a chance to challenge their friends in FreeDrive activities, allowing them to create their own race in The Crew’s gigantic open world playground. Speed and skill challenges as well as Stunt competitions will also be on schedule, with brand-new trials created exclusively to fit new vehicles’ specificities.
Moreover, an updated free trial* version of The Crew will be accessible for all players, giving them access to two hours of gameplay on all platforms. They will also be able to complete the game’s prologue; to explore the playground; to start the story campaign playable solo or in co-op; participate in Extreme Spec Trials to get a feel for Drift cars, Dragsters and Monster Trucks; or visit the Saint-Louis Bike Dealer to test-drive motorbikes on offer.

No Compromise on Quality - New Release Date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
As you may have already seen by reading and watching the many previews for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, our aim is for it to be a worthy successor to Human Revolution, and to improve upon that game in every way possible. I know that expectations are extremely high, and we not only want to meet those expectations, but exceed them.
We’re confident and proud of the game so far. However, as we are not playing through the game in full, we can see that it will require more time in post-production for tuning, iterations, and refinement to meet our high standards. In order to achieve this, we need to move the release of the game to August 23rd, 2016.
We are sorry to disappoint you with this news, and also thank you for all of your support and comments. This game is a huge part of our lives, and we don’t want to compromise on its quality.
So please be patient with us a little longer, and thanks as always for your passion and support – through thick and thin. It’s a huge responsibility to work on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided – we know, but also a huge privilege. We’re determined to deliver the best game we can.
