来个事后孔明，老娘也是认为是股息在做怪。

在现在这个不确定性的金融风暴高峰期，能不能渡过难关是企业的一大问题。而多数企业面对倒闭，就是因为现金流出现了问题所导致的。

YTLPOWER的现金流的确很强，虽然它的债务也是很多，可是，以它的现金流量来说，短期内应该不会面对现金短缺的问题，甚至可以说能熬得过这段金融风暴。就算YTLPOWER什么都不做，它的现金流也可以帮它安然渡过这个金融风暴。

既然已经没有后顾之忧，当然是那些想把资金继续留在股市的投资者的首选。而且，在其它企业都开始出现盈利下滑，甚至亏损的时候，YTLPOWER还在大方派股息，也难怪它能在逆市中站稳脚步。

以上只是老娘本身在吹水，与CARI论坛无关，也不是鼓吹任何买卖。

YTL Power buying Singapore power plant for S$3.8b                                                                                                                               
KUALA LUMPUR:YTL Power International Bhd has proposed to acquire the 100% stake inSingapore’s PowerSeraya Ltd for an enterprise value of S$3.8bil fromTemasek Holdings (Private) Ltd.
ThXXXXX said on Tuesday thatthe S$3.8bil comprise of an aggregate consideration of S$3.6bil and anassumption of adjusted net debt of S$200mil.
PowerSeraya is thethird and the last of the three power generating companies whichTemasek put up for sale under its planned divestment of thXXXXXes,which was announced in July 2007.
PowerSeraya is the secondlargest power generation company in Singapore in terms of installXXXXXty, with a total licensed capacity of 3,100MW, representing about25% of Singapore’s total licensed generation capacity.
PowerSeraya also operates oil trading and multi-utility businesses.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of YTL Power. Subject to such approval,
YTL Power said it expected thXXXXXion of the proposed acquisition would be by Feb 28,. 2009.
DBS Bank Ltd is providing S$2.25bil of credit facilities to YTL Power to partially fund the purchase.

我原本想在1.7x 进货。。 却因为淡马锡说取消出售而停住了。。。

每MW 售价 120.4 万新币,

Power seraya---3100MW出售 38 亿新币

但到了2009低，
power seraya另一间新的800 MW发电厂将开始运作,
总发电达3900MW,
或等于每MW 售价 97.4 万新币,

每MW比China Huaneng group标中的Tuas powe便宜54 %，
              Japan's Marubeni-led group标中的senoko便宜26%
