Dear Gamer,
We have received feedback that several players are encountering the following issues when leveling up beyond level 22.
Stats and skill points are not provided despite the level gain.
Level bar does not effect any changes despite gaining experience points.
We have informed the developer about these issues and we are awaiting their response on this matter.
We would like to apologize to all gamers for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your patience is much appreciated.
We would like to advise that level 22 characters are not used during this period while we look forward to the next patch.
Thank you for your attention and have a good day ahead.

这是针对那些在马来西亚的批发商预购HGL的。
我们将会明天把全部的Dye Kit完全发出给客户。
如果你是在这级别内但在在这星期五(09/11/20)前还收不到，
请马上通知我(Angelace, Regional Community Manager)。
在E-Mail上请注明"Dye Kit - Retail Msia"。

对了，大家有没有查查看你们的角色升过Lv 22后，
Stat Point和Skill point有没有增加。
在HGL论坛里有很多玩家说等级升了，
但有的没加Stat Point，有的没加Skill point！ |
