y=f(x)-8 的意思就是叫你画y=x^3-8。。

你就把那个 f(x)=x^3的graph移8个unit下去就是y=f(x)-8了咯

我们就拿直线为例子吧。。

y=x和y=x-8， 分别在哪里？

有，maths M 没有trigonometric function

但这次是(6b)。。。那个f应该不要乘进去吧~于是求解答

做么要乘f进去？这个f是function，不是factor

f(x)=x^3
f(x-1)=(x-1)^3

let f(x-1)=0, x=1 is the root

你严重需要温习回form 4 add maths chapter 1下

f(x)=x^3
f(a)=a^3
f()=^3
f()=^3
f(乌龟)=(乌龟)^3


所以，f(x-1)=(x-1)^3

明白吗？

就是(8a)那一题。在x上面的4/3该怎么办？？？

这题就有点困难。。

如果你不懂它是什么形状，就plug in values看看

f(x)=(1/2)x^(4/3), x≧0 (这个condition很重要）

因为x≧0，所以你的x只能选non-negative values

f(1)=1/2
f(8)=8
f(27)=81/2
f(64)=128

可以看得出这是一个increasing function.
