FUND RAISING | Description | SANBUMI HOLDINGS BERHAD ("SANBUMI" OR THE "COMPANY")PRIVATE PLACEMENT | For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 13 July 2015 in relation to, amongst others, the Private Placement.
We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 13 July 2015 and its previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sanbumi, KAF Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the Private Placement comprising 52,240,000 Placement Shares at RM0.115 per Placement Share. The said issue price of RM0.115 per Placement Share represents the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Sanbumi Shares up to and including 27 June 2016 of RM0.115 per Sanbumi Share.
