（吉隆坡7日訊）應嘉機構（ENGKAH,7149,主板消費品組）中國業務面臨諸多挑戰，分析員對未來業務展望看法謹慎，認為多元化策略及中國業務貢獻無法及時挽救低迷業務表現，因此下調其財測。

肯納格研究指出，雖然中國業務具潛能，不過該公司卻面臨多項挑戰，包括最大客戶訂單走低、運作開銷增加、科士威（Cosway）中國分行拓展比預期緩慢及聯營盈利延遲入賬。

“儘管已努力減輕挑戰，但相信這不足於彌補未來季度所預計的營業額短缺問題。”

該公司首季業績低於市場預期，營業額及淨利分別按年下滑27.3%及35.4%，主要是受科士威訂單下滑600萬令吉、大量低利潤產品組合銷售及高運作開銷影響，導致稅前利潤按年走跌1.8%。

為針對上述挑戰，應嘉機構開始多元化客戶源和獲取更多現有國際企業訂單，而印度3大客戶訂單也在首季按年增長25%至350萬令吉，並且也在初步獲取美國500強企業訂單階段，預計新訂單銷售將於2013年下半年開始貢獻。

面對單一大客戶風險威脅

不過，由於科士威貢獻該公司約半數營業額，顯然遭受單一大客戶風險威脅，第一季業績為最佳例證。

分析員說：“令人擔心的是，在展開對談之後，該公司管理層認為整體集團銷售將在接下來季度維持低迷，加上科士威中國聯營工廠因分行拓展低於預期，僅達10%產能。”

根據該公司初始預算，2012及2013年分別計劃開設375間及750間中國科士威分店，未來10年計劃開設3至5萬間分店，不過目前僅開設40間分店，該行認為距離預定目標還很遙遠。

“雖然該公司最早可在6月獲得中國貢獻，但這200萬令吉淨利，將不足以填補科士威低銷售訂單形成的損失。”

有鑑於此，肯納格研究下調2013至2014財政年營業額20.4%至16.7%，至7千830萬至8千600萬令吉，與此同時，亦預測營運開銷及低利潤產品組合走高，導致淨利潤預測下滑1.5至1.8%，因此下砍2013至2014財政年淨利27.7%至26.3%，至1千120萬至1千200萬令吉。

該行表示，由於總回酬下跌2.3%，評級也從“符合大市”調低至“落後大市”，目標價從3令吉63仙調降至2令吉85仙。（星洲日報／財經）

本人觉得ENGKAH真的很好，只是不明白就是没人STUDY ON this。。。。。
