（吉隆坡6日訊）高寶成集團（KPSCB,9121,主板貿服組）以2千338萬令吉收購吉隆坡多塊土地和一座大樓，土地總面積達2萬2千274平方英呎。

高宝成毛利飙升1.42倍

（吉隆坡16日讯）高宝成集团有限公司（KPSCB，9121，贸易服务组）公布，在截至2013年3月31日止第一财季，所取得的税前利润为552万令吉，较去年同期的228万令吉暴增1.42倍。

至于营业额则由前期的9617万令吉增加至1亿2890万令吉。

该集团致函马交所说：“第一季度收入高于去年同期，因为客户需求较高。”

针对前一个季度，该公司公布更佳的业绩，主要是所有部门取得较高的销售额导致赚幅上升。

高寶成機構445萬購19地段

（吉隆坡13日訊）高寶成機構（KPSCB，9121，主要板貿易）子公司以445萬8381令吉，收購19塊土地。

該公司向馬證交所報備，子公司KPS Plywood與Mitti Bina公司簽署一項買賣協議，購買后者19地段。

除了以總值445萬8381令吉的價格收購這些土地，KPS Plywood也將另3塊地免費給Mitti Bina。

根據該報備文件指出，倘若該項買賣協議告吹，KPS Plywood將可收回這3塊地。[中国报财经]

购地合约被迫取消 高宝成获退款1788万

（吉隆坡2日讯）高宝成集团（KPSCB，9121，主板贸服股）购地合约被迫取消，获卖方赔偿和回退总额1788万5776令吉。

高宝成集团去年7月通过旗下子公司———KPS Plywood，与上海城私人有限公司（SCSB）签署买卖合约，向后者收购9片土地和一栋商业大楼。

高宝成集团日前向马交所报备，SCSB要求取消合约，愿意赔偿脱售价的10%给KPSPlywood，即233万7888令吉。

同时，SCSB也将回退KPS Plywood的购地预付款1554万7888令吉。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡24日讯）高宝城集团有限公司（KPSCB，9121，贸易服务组）宣布，在截至2013年12月31日止财政年度，所取得的税前利润按年从1314万6000令吉上涨至1539万7000令吉。

而营业额则由前期的4亿5780万4000令吉增加至4亿8333万1000令吉，每股基本盈利8.13仙，较去年同期的6.92仙有进步。

另一方面，在第4季度中，该集团的税前利润按年从212万7000令吉提高至314万4000令吉。

但是，营业额由前期的1亿2748万4000令吉下挫至1亿2414万8000令吉。

高寶成集團主要涉及紙張、木材、三合板、洋灰、鐵條及家庭建築材料等的貿易。公司向來低調，近年來鮮少有重大企業動作。

截至2014年3月31日為止，該公司首季淨利為173萬1千令吉（每股淨利為1.17仙），前期為438萬4千令吉（每股淨利為2.97仙），首季營業額為1億零421萬6千令吉，前期為1億2千890萬8千令吉。而每股資產值為1令吉39仙。

比較今年首季之前截至2013年12月31日為止全年業績方面，該公司全年的淨利則為1千201萬8千令吉（每股淨利為8.13仙），前期淨利則為1千零22萬3千令吉（每股淨利為6.92）。而全年營業額為4億9千333萬1千令吉，比較前期為4億5千780萬4千令吉。

几个月前，0.505-0.52之前我有分批买入。
没有特别的目标价，只要不要跌破0.60，基本不会卖。
