人是很多，但不会浪费时间在这里。

新加玻房产虽高，但不是margin高,新加玻gov在打房产方面也不是省油灯的。我可以肯定以我们1 mil的是很难在新加玻找到有高增值空间的房产。但你有1 mil cash 在马国就很多可以玩!

My ideal is if u really got rm1million, i will bought 2-3 property to rent or trading,
if u bought singapore property, just can bought 1 or not enought (<1).
Most important is ROCE is how many %. How many can earn....

My ideal (IDEA) is if u (I OR YOU?) really got rm1million, i will bought (BUY) 2-3 property (PROPERTIES) to rent (RENT OUT) or (FOR)  trading,
if u bought (BUY) singapore property, just can bought 1 or not enought (ENOUGH) (<1).
Most important is ROCE (ROI) is how many %. How many can earn....(VACABULARY MISTAKE)
