富达置地（DUTALND，3948，主板种植组）最新业绩表现如何？财务状况如何？预估价值是多少？值得投资买进吗？大股东是谁？

答：截至2016年3月31日为止第三季，富达置地的净利大跌至120万9000令吉（每股净利为0.14仙），前期净利则是568万2900令吉（每股净利为6.72仙）。营业额为642万4000令吉，前期为1237万6000令吉。

首9个月净利跌至139万令吉（每股净利为0.16仙），前期为4588万2000令吉（每股净利为5.42仙）。而营业额为2707万1000令吉，前期为3372万1000令吉。

财务状况方面，截至2016年3月31日止，富达置地的资产为10亿5978万6000令吉，包括非流动资产下的产业／工厂／器材总值为4亿3238万令吉、生物性质资产为2亿6104万6000令吉、充当产业发展所持土地值为2亿3983万9000令吉。

富达置地系列活动抵消亏损

2016年8月31日
（吉隆坡30日讯）富达置地（DUTALND，3948，主板种植股）建议一系列企业活动，包括削减股票溢价户头和削减面值。

根据文告，该公司将削减股票溢价户头内的1850万令吉，以抵消累计亏损。

同时，将1令吉的每股面值，削减50仙，至每股50仙。当中所得的4亿2305万9019令吉收益，将用来进一步抵消累计亏损。

末季转亏510万

若抵消累计亏损后，还有剩余的资金，将会纳入资本保留户头。

配合削资活动，该公司也建议修改公司章程，同时估计可在末季完成这些企业活动。

另一方面，富达置地截至6月30日末季按年由盈转亏，归咎于旗下业务表现失色。

当季净亏510万8000令吉，上财年同季则为净赚281万令吉。

营业额则按年下跌17.12%，至1071万7000令吉，上财年同期为1293万1000令吉。

由于鲜果串产量下跌，拖累种植业务盈利贡献走跌，而产业业务则缺乏发展活动。

累计全年，富达置地净亏371万8000令吉；营业额则按年跌19%，录得3778万8000令吉。

展望未来，该公司估计种植业务将会表现更好，因原棕油价格趋稳，加上产量将在埃尔尼诺现象减退后复苏。【e南洋】

营业额不足．申请豁免．富达置地拟售资产符条例

（吉隆坡26日讯）富达置地（DUTALND，3948，主板贸服组）由于营业额不足，导致该公司触犯了8.03A条例，但管理层已经向交易所申请豁免，并在明年出售公司部份资产，以符合交易所要求。

不愿具名的小股东在股东大会后对《星洲财经》表示，管理层告知他们，除了削减股票溢价户头和面值外，也将出售部份地皮以符合大马交易所条例。

根据该公司文告，由于尚未审核的2016全年财报，其营业额低于其注册和缴足资本5%，因此触犯上市公司条例8.03A的其中一项。

根据该条例，上市公司营运水平必须符合8.03A要求，以维持其上市公司地位。

不过，该公司管理层强调，由于目前正向交易所申请豁免，最终决定权仍在交易所手中。

根据其2016年年报，该公司今年由盈转亏370万令吉，前期则净赚4800万令吉，其全年营业额也下挫19.05%至3780万令吉，其累计亏损也增至4573万令吉。

已打消出售种植业务想法

另外，该名小股东也表示，该公司目前已经打消出售种植业务想法，因为棕油价格已经逐步回稳，园丘园内的油棕树也进入了成熟期，是该公司目前主要收入来源。

富达置地大股东为马股商界名人丹斯里叶永松，根据年报，他间接掌握该公司的46.45%股权。

当年，大马许多重要行业都可见叶永松身影。由于叶永松在大马大使路一带推行多项房产，市场人士更给予他“富达叶”（Duta Yap）绰号。

富达置地豁免列入PN17

（吉隆坡11日讯）富达置地（DUTALND,3948,主板种植组）宣布，经过解释，该公司向大马股票交易所要求豁免列入PN17公司的申请，已获得批准。

该公司文告指出，截至2016年6月30日为止财政年未审核全年财报的营业额低于所需水平，从而触及马股主板上市条例的8.03A（2）（b）条文，该公司即于2016年8月29日向大马股票交易所提出申请，要求豁免列入PN17。

文告指出，在上述申请中，该公司向交易所解释，包括旗下种植、产业发展领域的情况。该公司是于2016年11月9日接获交易所的决定，批准豁免申请。
