（吉隆坡11日讯）德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd）今早交投活络，股价一度上涨8.51%。

截至早上10时21分，该股扬8仙，至1.02令吉，市值达13亿8000万令吉。

成交量约3086万股，比200天平均交易量1267万股增加近两倍。

这一涨幅与昨天上午的走势形成鲜明对比，该股昨日早上暴跌至69仙。截至闭市，该股回弹至94仙。

兴业研究指出，本地政局动荡促使其股价暴跌了40%，这也导致了一些卖空活动。

“不出所料，在新冠肺炎广泛传播、油价暴跌和国内政治变革之后，避险情绪十分浓厚。”

“然而，我们认为德达飞讯的股价过度调整了，因为该公司的业务基本面强劲，而且拥有6亿1100万令吉的未完成订单总额和持续强劲的盈利。”

兴业研究还认为，德达飞讯截至2020年3月31日止第四季（2020财年第四季）业绩料将强劲，特别是该公司承认了自动门维修相关业务的盈利。

就合约而言，该集团是约15亿令吉国家综合移民系统（NIIS）合约的15个竞标者之一，合约投标活动已于2020年3月4日截止。

同时，德达飞讯还竞标内政部的海外签证合约（VLN），合约潜在价值介于10亿至15亿令吉，竞标活动将于今年4月16日结束。

兴业研究说：“我们预计这些合约将在4月或5月公布。 我们认为德达飞讯在这些竞标中处于领先地位，因为自1998年以来，该公司一直是内政部在国家安全相关解决方案中的可靠集成服务提供商。”

有鉴于此，兴业研究维持给予德达飞讯的“买入”评级，目标价为1.96令吉。

The Company has made an announcement on 10 May 2016 for the supply of 12 million units of MyKad raw cards and MyKad consumables to the National Registration Department (“NRD”) (“Contract”) for a period of three (3) years and six (6) months commencing from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2019 for a Contract sum of RM260,400,000.00. Due to much better quality of the new MyKad raw cards and chips, there were much lower replacement of faulty chips and peel-off of MyKad cards. As a result, during the Contract period of 3½ years, NRD only ordered 5.9 million (49.17%) of the 12 million units of MyKad raw cards with huge savings to the Government. The Board of Directors of Datasonic is pleased to announce that DTSB has on 16 January 2020 received and accepted the LOE dated 14 January 2020 from KDN for the extension of supply for the balance of 6.1 million MyKad raw cards and MyKad consumables to the NRD for a period of one (1) year commencing from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.
