living nature的nourishing shampoo，很适合干性头发，不过没有什么泡泡。你也可以在洗头后用酸柑/柠檬/醋水再过一轮头发。

睡觉前用jojoba oil搽发尾，第二天早上冲洗掉，会帮助修复头发细胞，特别是损坏的头发。

背部你可以拿loofah来刷洗，又便宜又好用。

The purpose of this site is to rateproducts in terms of safety (not necessarily natural).  If you compare theLN products to all the other ‘natural’ products (including Dr Hauschka),we have the lowest of all the scores.  Research into the rating systemreveals that most of the ingredients have not been assessed for safety incosmetics.  The only ingredients that do push the Living Nature scoreslightly higher are the essential oil components, which would be expected asthey are potential allergens and the reason we list them separately. 用黄瓜汁和蜜糖当然没问题。 BB cream和amway或是mary kay，你可以爬前面的帖，最多20页，有提到那些成分应该注意。

冬天使皮肤干燥我也在纽西兰体验过了，吓到我malaysia买的真的不大够用。更何况origins mega mushroom face lotion，在malaysia用也不觉得油。

你可以买rosehip oil(只能在晚上用）或是jojoba oil掺在face cream里使用

刚出世的baby用calendula oil沐浴和按摩最好

头皮屑我会在bathroom stand by一罐海盐，每次冲凉前拿一把盐按摩湿湿的头皮，感觉有点刺痛。冲完shower gel后，就洗头，然后用shampoo再洗一轮

混合性皮肤的确比较难搞。你可以使用living nature的premask system, detox system和fatigue system。如果你不明白可以讯问counter的BA。

保湿霜 - 补水
lotion - 锁水
不然的话，seba med的clear gel （补水）+ simple 的 moisturiz ...

toner我用过最锁水是living nature的hydrating gel/extra hydrating gel，如果是soothing的话可以选择Dr Haushka的calendula toner
