因为我的皮肤很干。BALANCING DAY LOTION 及 NOURISHING DAY CREAM 要 搽２ 样 吗？ 可以搽EITHER ONE 吗？

for living nature，因为马来西亚的天气燥热又潮湿，所以搽上balancing day cream是帮助控油，nourishing day cream才是moisturizer，我觉得搽了更加不油不干刚刚好。之前我两个都不喜欢搽，因为1是不够油，2是太油了。

FIRMING FLAX CREAM 及 EYE FIRMING FLAX CREAM 有什么不同

flax cream质地比较浓稠 （比较适合干性/混合型皮肤），eye gel比较稀 （比较适合油性皮肤)。不过如果是拿来调在mask里，firming flax cream会好用很多

如果只是用VITALISING CLEANSER 洗， 没用PURIYING CLEANSER 可以吗？

只是vitalising cleanser的话，会去掉油溶性污垢；水溶性的还是需要purifying cleanser

当用VITALISING CLEANSER，他们教我用COTTON PAD 搽一遍 ，是这样吗？

手洗干净，抹干后。脸干手干挤一点vitalising cleanser，按摩脸部1-2分钟后，用tissue paper抹掉

如果晚上用NOURISHING DAY CREAM可以吗？没用NITE CREAM。

千万表为了省钱而只用day cream,效果大大不同

PENANG JUSTLIFE 没 有卖PMS CREAM， 我要、去哪里买？

alcohol denat是化工酒精，伤害度会比天然发酵酒精来得高，由于可以刺激毛孔收缩，能改善毛孔粗大的问题。不过对皮肤的刺激性蛮大，而且也不是每个人都适合用。simple,neutrogena的toner并不是用来解决问题的，他们只是纯粹补充水分。

我的脸是混合型的。。t -zone 超油， 两颊就干干咯。。。 但是鼻翼两边的脸颊的毛孔真的很大， 又油， 有时侯还会红红的， 鼻子又是典型的草莓鼻， 好像月亮的表面似的， 然后眼睛下方得骨头那边又有斑点

混合型皮肤比较难搞，既要照顾干燥地区，又不能使到油性地区过油。相信你选择moisturizer时也很头痛吧。cleanser那方面，你一定要两种cleansing gel和cleansing milk都必须使用 （就是用了cleansing milk,tissue paper抹掉再用cleansing gel)。如果你洗脸用的水是没有过滤的，malaysia水chlorine含量很高，建议你用living nature hydrating mist/矿泉水/dr ros酵素喷雾spray在cotton pad，再抹一遍。洗脸步骤做的好，后面的程序事倍功半。至于斑点其实也是非常头痛的问题，暂时做好防晒先。

她是干性皮肤，有雀斑暗沉，也有皱纹。想说买ornigins的给她用，不只适合吗？

living nature的radiance night oil肯定不会臭，玫瑰精油会使她爱不惜手的再加上玫瑰精油可以帮助皮肤锁住水分，适合干性皮肤，抗老化效力强，适合妈妈级的人马（by da way,我也很suka的)

origins的话，mega mushroom plantitode也适合她使用。

cleansing clay peel是去死皮的，deep cleansing mask是深层洁净面膜。一个是exfoliator,一个是mask。

非常好，不输给hydrating serum。如果你的serum是油，搽了fluid状的serum再搽油状的serum混合型皮肤的你 ，可以这样使用
晚上就行了--〉1）LN eye makeup remover (倒在cotton pad，抹掉脸部的妆和sunblock)
2) cleansing milk (手干脸干，挤一点点按摩脸部后用tissue paper抹掉）
3）LN purifying cleanser （加mist打泡泡用，效果更好）
4）LN hydrating mist/矿泉水/酵素喷雾 （喷在cotton pad抹一次脸，去掉chlorine，如果是用过滤水的人就可以免掉这step)
5).LN firming flax cream (挤一点点涂整脸）
6）LN hydrating gel （睡冷气的就extra hydrating gel)
7) LN balancing day lotion (oil controller) + nourising day cream (moisturizer) 任何皮肤都是这样用，asalkan你在malaysia
8) sunblock

晚上Balancing night gel (不用买nourising night cream,除非你皮肤比较干）

还需要买其他 的serum 在before balancing daylotion/night gel  搽吗？ 因为平常都有搽 serum, 还是其实已经够了？

living nature的nourishing shampoo，很适合干性头发，不过没有什么泡泡。你也可以在洗头后用酸柑/柠檬/醋水再过一轮头发。

睡觉前用jojoba oil搽发尾，第二天早上冲洗掉，会帮助修复头发细胞，特别是损坏的头发。

背部你可以拿loofah来刷洗，又便宜又好用。
