Hi Miss Macy,
I am shareholder of Megan Media. I found out Mr Yeo Wee Siong has disposed a large portion of his shareholding. May I know what happen?
Will there any new substantial shareholder?
According to information provided by Mr. Yeo, he has transferred the shares to family members apart from some shares sold by the Bank for facilities granted to him as announced.
Based on the Announcement made through BursaMalaysia, Mr Brahmal Vasudevan has announced his interest as a substantial shareholder in Megan on 5 March 2007.
I hope Megan Media will issue a statement about this news, since it related to our interest os minor shareholders. Thank you.
Directors’ interest and their shareholdings are announced through the Company Secretary on their own capacity.

新的大股东出现应该是好消息吧，明天散户还会贱卖MEGAN？
假如公告里的资料是对的，Brahmal是在今天股权超越5％，应该是他们收够票了，if not,他们可以迟点宣布，或用其他人头户收票。
大家认为呢？
