这创业板股比较少人留意，不过冷眼有提过这股。公司业绩不错，长期应该可以投资。

嗯~我也买了两年了~业绩都很好~而且要进主板也应该没问题了吧？一年都有净利一千多万~要进主板不是只要累积净利有两千万就可以了不是吗？

移动媒体拟转主板

（吉隆坡16日讯）移动媒体（MMODE，0059，创业板）建议从原有的创业板，转板至大马交易所主板。

移动媒体通过文告宣布，该公司及其子公司已符合转板至主板的要求。

其中包括，累计3至5个财政年的净利，至少需达2000万令吉；上财年的净利至少达600万令吉。

移动媒体在2011、2012及2013财年的净利分别为1286万7000令吉、1307万8000令吉和1170万3000令吉，总计3764万8000令吉，符合要求。

此外，若要转板至主板，上市公司的大众持股率需至少达到25%。同时，该25%的股权，需由至少1000名股东所持有，每名股东不能少于100股。

移动媒体目前有1亿180万9195股，相等于62.57%的股权，分别散落于2210名大众投资者的手中，每名皆持股超过100股。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡18日讯）由于销售成本提高，移动媒体（MMODE，0059，创业板）截至9月杪第3季净利年跌56.74%。

第3季净利报174万令吉，或每股盈利1.07仙；上财年同期是402万2000令吉，相等于每股盈利2.47仙。

同期营业额则因订户增加而拉高销售额，按增长3%，录得1840万6000令吉，上财年同期是1786万5000令吉。

合计3季，移动媒体净利跌29%，报796万5000令吉，或每股盈利4.9仙；营业额则年增21.6%，写6211万7000令吉。

公司估计领域竞争会更激烈，所以会继续提升服务品质和观察市场走势，以争取更大的市占率。
