刚又查了新闻，发觉ＤＢＳ愿意提供贷款，所以sales又恢复了。不过中电带头的ＣＬＰ好像声势很雄厚。ＹＴＬ也入围了，只是奇怪怎么写的是ＹＴＬ ＣＯＲＰ，不是ＹＴＬＰＯＷＥＲ

CLP, Arcapita, YTL shortlisted in S'pore power bid-report
SINGAPORE, Nov 7 (Reuters) - A consortium led by Hong Kong's CLP , Bahrain's Arcapita and Malaysia's YTL Corp has made the second round in the bidding for Singapore electricity generating firm PowerSeraya, the Business Times reported on Friday.

Singapore firms Sembcorp Industries and Keppel Corp failed to make the shortlist, the paper quoted sources as saying.

CLP's partners include Japanese trading house Itochu and Thailand Electricity Generating Public Co, the paper added.

PowerSeraya is the third of three power companies that Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings is selling as part of efforts to liberalise the city-state's electricity market. (Reporting by Kevin Lim; Editing by Kazunori Takada)

　　据《香港信报》报道宏观经济不断转差，作为公用股龙头之一的中电控股(002)昨天升近百分之五，收报五十四元五角五仙，升幅百分之四点九。主要受惠于其牵头竞投新加坡政府旗下淡马锡持有的电厂Power Seraya成功入围的传闻，而该电厂估值最高达二十五亿美元(约一百九十五亿港元)。

　　消息指中电牵头的财团入围竞投电厂Power Seraya，若进展顺利，预计有关交易将于年底前完成。不过，中电发言人却拒评有关消息，只表示该消息纯属市场传言，而集团一般都会等待具体项目有实质进展时才会作出披露。

　　消息指出，该项目为中电在新加坡首个电力投资，其牵头的财团包括其间接持股一成一的泰国公共电力投资(Egco)、日本贸易公司Itochu，而同时取得竞标资格的还有来自中东巴林的基金Arcapita。

　　Power Seraya是新加坡政府出售该国第三项的电力资产，装机容量为三千一百兆瓦，当地政府希望透过出售有关资产，以加强在电力行业的竞争力。

　　新鸿基证券分析员郁明德认为，上月生效的新利润管制协议已将中电的准许利润率由之前高达百分之十三点五至十五，降至低于百分之十，加上集团放弃兴建大鸦洲液化天然气接收站等两项负面消息，都令其股价受压，并出现超卖情况，目前市场已经消化有关负面消息。

　　他认为，中电一向有稳定的派息，以其现价计的股息率高达四厘七，在波动市中对基金而言颇具吸引力。

LOANS: PowerSeraya Sale On Track

Contrary to earlier reports about the postponement of the privatisationof PowerSeraya, the third and the last Singapore-based genco put on theblock by Temasek Holdings, the sale process is very much on track. Ofthe six bidders that submitted bids in late October, CLP Holdings,Arcapita and YTL have been shortlisted.

These successful bidders will now be submitting their final bids by December 2. Arcapita and YTL are likely to avail of the stapled financing as they do not have any backing from lenders, while an eight-bank group is providing financing to CLP Holdings.

Arcapita and YTL are in negotiations with potential lenders to backthem, but will likely be able to borrow funds at not less than 300bpover SOR all-in, which is also the level at which the two stapledfinancings have been put in place for the sale of PowerSeraya.

This means the bidders will have tough time getting funds especiallywhen financial markets continue to reel under tremendous pressure. Thesale, widely anticipated to fetch around S$5bn, is expected to sailthrough by the end of December. However, Temasek may call off the saleif the bids are below its reserve price.

每年升四仙是ＹＴＬＰＯＷＲ的涡轮的特别条件，在发行涡轮的时候已经列明了。涡轮转换价会随分发库存股而减低，也是发行的时候的条件之一，会减低多少就视分多少库存股而定。

1.75以三年后的价值来看是不高，以未来一年的期待价来看可能会更低。

我现在都只看NET DY有超过6％的成长公司，ＹＴＬＰＯＷＲ应该是其一。

我对成长和ＤＹ都是一个估计而已，因为我比较喜欢预测以后的数据。

我相信ＹＴＬＰＯＷＲ，ＰＢＢＡＮＫ，ＴＣＨＯＮＧ，ＳＣＩＣＯＭ，ＨＡＩＯ都可以在成长的时候分发超过6％的Net DY。
