你有用clay mask peeling？那儿的mm说先不要用，用了会生很多豆豆的，她讲因为要排毒。
我才用了２天，暂时没看到明 ...

要看你的痘痘是属于哪一种类型，如果发炎红肿的，点一点点的deep cleansing mask在痘痘上可以帮助消炎，如果是无头的，用rescue gel比较快把痘痘消掉

cleansing clay peel, deep cleansing mask大多介绍给那些刚开始用living nature的人，因为halloysite clay可以吸除沉淀在皮层下的毒素，特别是用过非常多commercial brands的mm （例如。。。我）。

如果使用泥之类的面膜凝固后会刺激你的痘痘的话，大可以后再用

当然要清洁脸部先，就好像打蜡也要洗地才能开始打蜡。
如果用的面膜需要洗的，洗了之后就搽接下来的 toner --> serum (如有）--〉moisturizer

如果只是敷脸 （如生化纤维/不织棉），其实不需要洗，搽上过后的程序就行了。不过我会洗啦，因为如果不怎么做，我的脸有点粘腻
