    沒有divident是一個問題，中國公司賬目有沒有造假是另一個問題。

没记错的话，XDL是每年9月分股息的。今年应该是没分了，因为已经分了红股。

Description	:	We refer to the news article published in The New Straits Times, page B1 on Friday, 11 May 2012, entitled “Xidelang eyes primary listing in Hong Kong”, particularly on the statements which states that:- (i) “Xidelang Holdings Ltd (XDL)…is planning for a primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.” (ii)“…XDL could be delisted from Bursa Malaysia within the next 18 months.” The Board of Directors of XDL, after having made due enquiry on the press statement, wishes to inform that the Company is exploring the possibility for seeking a dual listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. （吉隆坡11日訊）喜得狼控股（XDL,5156,主板消費品組）證實有意到香港上市，惟否認將在未來18個月內從馬股中除牌。

喜得狼控股答覆交易所詢問時表示，已委任一家香港財務顧問公司Dow-Capital探討在香港進行雙重上市的可能性。

早前市場消息對《商業時報》指出，喜得狼將與Dow-Capital簽署委任函，以協助展開在香港的首要上市活動。

“這並不是雙邊上市計劃，因為負責上市案的顧問認為雙邊上市只會沖淡盈利，並導致股價受壓。”

據悉，一旦攫取香港的首要上市地位，喜得狼在大馬的股東擁有一年的時間將他們的股票轉移至香港交易所。

“該公司上市據點轉移申請，可透過小股東進行，而在一年後，在馬股掛牌的公司則成為空殼公司。”

喜得狼董事經理丁鵬鵬早前曾表示對大馬的市場估值感到失望，不料如今卻傳來該公司“出走馬股，奔向港股”的消息。

喜得狼是中國第二大跑步及滑板鞋製造商，其業務在過去三年取得60%成長，去年全年淨利揚升13.77%至8千864萬1千令吉。不過，目前該股本益比僅約為2倍，遠低於在香港上市的安踏體育用品公司錄得8倍本益比。（星洲日報／財經）

可能。把马来西亚当成母公司。子公司上市香港。上不了就算，上了赚到钱才搞私有化还是别的东东收山。。《《猜的·。。。》》

如果是跟去年同季的成绩比较，的确是赚钱。
不过，如果是跟上一季比较，却是少赚了许多。可以说是退步了。
不过，我还是打算永久hold 着，等待明年的业绩和股息。
