Welli Multi enters RM30m conditional subscription agreement    Ellina Badri  03-04-2008

KUALA LUMPUR: Welli Multi Corp Bhd has entered into a conditional subscription agreement with GEM Global Yield Fund Ltd and GEM Investment Advisors Inc for an option to subscribe up to RM30 million in ordinary shares of the company to enable it to raise funds for working capital.

In a statement yesterday, Welli said the subscription price would be at least 50 sen, being the par value of the shares. It said the issue/subscription price, and number of shares to be issued, would be determined at a later stage, upon obtaining relevant approvals for the subscription.

“The purchaser undertakes that it shall not at any point in time, while it is a shareholder of the company, hold in excess of 4.9% of the share capital of the company,” Welli said.

GEM Global buys RM30m Welli shares
WELLI Multi Corp Bhd has agreed to allow GEM Global Yield Fund Ltd to subscribe for new shares worth up to RM30 million and it will use the proceeds for working capital. Welli entered into a conditional agreement with GEM Global Yield Fund and GEM Investment Advisors Inc on Tuesday. It did not give more information about the two companies. GEM Global Yield Fund will hold no more than 4.9 per cent in Welli at any point, it said.

“GEM Global Yield Fund Limited(GGYFL)在2007年最大的動作就是收購了pSivida limited公司(生化奈米藥物研究公司)底下的AION Diagnostics Inc(藥物運輸公司)。
pSivida在美國Nasdaq、澳洲(ASX)(市值A$3千7百萬)和德國(Xetra)三邊上市。不過已經是一家向weilli一樣，已經面對虧損的公司。pSivida在美國的Boston、英國的Malvern和澳洲的Perth都有研究所、製造廠和營業據點。
今年的話(4月1號)，GGYFL在香港買下了Challenger Group Holdings Limited價值HKD5億的債券。”

股市不但白痴很多，连报纸也是帮凶之一。想不到welli老板还可以利用报纸来宣布假消息，看来这次散户肯定死伤惨重。很遗憾并不是全部人都有网络，希望有看到的人可以通知其他朋友不要中计。

根据文告：

如果只是买进4。9%，每股0.5，怎么可能会有30mil呢？？看看：
“Should the subscription price be higher at the point of exercise of the Proposed Subscription by GEM”
也就是“maximum of RM30,000,000.”是自己做出来讲的。看４。９％的ｒｍ０．５只是“RM2,222,000.”

请问这样小的投资怎么可能GEM Global Yield Fund Limited会看上眼？得空没有事做？ｗｅｌｌｉ在一年前就被ｂｕｒｓａ怀疑做假账，然后就多次传出这个那个要用什么高价要买进其股来炒。就后的结果是每一次都是骗局，很多次了，依然大把散户在追。损手烂脚者不知其数。到今天，ｗｅｌｌｉ还是不能交出财报，原因是假账太多，不知道要怎样ｃｏｖｅｒ。

最后再讲一次，如果你身边有朋友，请传达这讯息，不要让他们被骗。我已经尽最大的力量再一次提醒。我知道ｃａｒｉ除了我，没有人会做这种吃力不讨好的工作。我自问尽力了，接下来就靠大家了。喜欢正义的朋友就帮忙宣传，不喜欢的朋友就请买进ｗｅｌｌｉ。上天会知道谁人在做好事，谁人会做坏事。

又回来排了，其实已经hit到目标价了（RM０。６０）。还要搞什么？这是很好的study case。

连它的好兄弟sitatt也是有５０万lots在buyer排着。谁能说的明白？
