中國汽球事件最終結果 : 汽球沒有收集資訊! 打臉佳禮反中份子.

美国国防部发言人帕特·莱德（PatRyder）
6月29日在例行记者会上应询表示，
根据现在的评估，数月前被美军击落的一艘中国无人飞艇“
在飞越美国期间没有收集情报”。
在重申美方曾采取措施减弱飞艇“潜在的情报搜集能力”的同时，
他表示“相信飞艇在美国上空没有收集信息”。

就是因为美方早发现采取措施减弱飞艇“潜在的情报搜集能力", 共狗才没收集到資訊 ! 美帝好棒棒! 
但入侵就是入侵, 入侵就得先被打下, 管你有无收集到資訊, oh yeah !

自己英文不好看不懂，哈哈！
是中方自己的间谍气球坏了，或者被美军的电子反侦察阻止，所以才无法进行情报收集。
就像你是间谍去偷拍，但是照相机坏了，无法拍照而已，然后你就变成不是间谍了？
Citing unnamed U.S. officials, the Journal reported that investigators found the spy balloon used a mix of “commercially available U.S. gear” which can be purchased online, along with “more specialized Chinese sensors.”
Initial results of the multi-agency-led investigation also found that the spy gear on the balloon was capable of capturing photos, videos and other data that could be transmitted back to China, the report added.
But investigators believe the balloon did not transmit any data to China while flying over the U.S., although it is unclear if this was due to a glitch or the U.S. military’s electronic countermeasures.
It is also unclear if U.S. officials plan on making these findings public or inform Chinese authorities about it.
CONTRA
The purported findings of the investigation appear to contradict an NBC News report from April which said that the balloon had collected data from sensitive U.S. military locations and transmitted it back to China in real time. The report, which cited two unnamed senior U.S. officials, added that Beijing was able to control the flight path of the balloon and was able to collect information from “electronic signals.”
"We were aware that it had intelligence collection capabilities," Ryder said, hours after reports saying that the Chinese spy balloon used American equipment to take photos and videos intended to be sent back to Beijing.

"It has been our assessment now that [the balloon] did not collect while it was transiting the United States… And as we said at the time, we also took steps to mitigate the potential efforts of that balloon," Ryder said.

Intelligence agencies have concluded that the spy balloon was used for spying, not weather-related issues as China had claimed.
The U.S. Air Force released its first images of the Chinese spy craft taken before it was shot down.
Information captured by the spy balloon is not believed to have been successfully sent back to Beijing. It is unclear why the spy mission seemed to fail, but officials said intelligence agencies used countermeasures to prevent data collection.
The Chinse spy balloon flew from Alaska to the East Coast, where it was shot down by the military over the Atlantic Ocean on Feb. 4.

說是可能有這個能力? 氣象氣球也都有相同的能力, 能收集video, photo...
但有證明回傳嗎? 都沒有transmitted 回去! 哈! 哈! 哈!....哈! 哈! 哈!....

原来还要等到间谍修理好了照相机，成功把照片发回去中国了，才可以根据这个判其为间谍而采取行动吗？
所以间谍气球坏了，无法输送情报，就不是间谍气球啦！

沒證據在法律就是沒有...哈! 哈! 哈!....哈! 哈! 哈!............
在法律上, 你有刀, 並不表示你就是有殺人的嫌疑...
沒有commit crime就是沒有. 同理可證, 有這個偵察能力,
你沒有證據證明它有應用來偵察回傳, 就無法說器材搞間碟活動!

同时美军也有电子干扰，所以它无论如何也没有办法传送回中国。
不过坏了肯定是坏了，已经被美军战机射爆了。
