（吉隆坡17日訊）馬華公共服務及投訴部揭發“神明賜真字＂騙局後，老千集團仍然繼續行騙，一批社會工作者看不過眼，於是成立“揭秘小組＂，佯裝缺錢致電向“師父＂求真字，並用錄音器材錄下詐騙對話，然後將之上載網絡公諸於世，警惕民眾小心。
在家自制錄音系統
日前，揭秘小組組長米高邀請《光明日報》記者參與首次揭秘行動。他說，馬華公共服務及投訴部主任拿督斯里張天賜於10月4日揭發“神明賜真字＂騙局後，老千集團卻毫不畏懼，繼續詐騙民眾。
米高收集了多張所謂能幫人轉運的廣告傳單，內容大同小異，多數自稱是泰國佛廟、高僧、四面佛或某某神明下凡助人等。
米高先在家中自制錄音系統，他將手機接駁到藍牙裝置、揚聲器及錄音機，然後撥通其中一個自稱“曼谷四面佛＂的電話。
據瞭解，老千自稱是南馬或北馬的佛廟住持，其實當地沒有此廟，老千大本營是在吉隆坡。
米高為此感到納悶，不明白類似騙局報章經常報導，何以仍會有民眾上當。之後他把整個錄音上載到網上，作為民眾的負面教材。
促報販勿派詐騙傳單
另外，張天賜上週曾召開記者會，一名華裔廚師誤信“神明賜真字＂神棍騙局，賭癮一發不可收拾，不惜向11組大耳窿借錢投注“真字＂，結果非但沒贏錢，反而無力償還3萬3000令吉的債務，連累妻兒遭大耳窿騷擾，甚至宣佈與他脫離關係。
張天賜無奈地說，“為甚麼這些人這麼傻，如果萬字是可以預測的，老千自己中獎就好了，怎麼可能告訴其他人。＂他披露，受騙者以婦女居多，當中不乏知識分子，由於老千利用學生及癮君子的銀行戶頭讓受騙者轉賬，因此警方很難逮捕到幕後主使人。
他勸請報販不要為了多賺一點錢，幫老千集團派發詐騙傳單。許多時候傳單都夾在報紙內，讀者看到後，一時貪心或好奇就會上當。
2老千24小時接電話
傳單上的電話撥通後，先後有兩名年輕男子接電話。兩人口操本地口音的華語，聲稱是吉打州笨筒縣一間神廟的住持。他們先要米高詳細講出自己的生辰八字和住家地址等個人資料。
老千不停強調“師父＂的法力高強，不過所謂的師父從頭到尾都沒有接聽電話，而老千則是24小時接聽信徒來電，並且要求信徒不能關上手機，一旦“師父＂有靈感，就會馬上聯絡他們。
“師父＂不曾現聲
“老千的一貫詐騙手法是先叫受害者轉賬80令吉香油錢，如果事主真的把錢匯過去，老千就會陸續要求受害者轉賬數百至數千令吉，作為做法事或貢奉神明的費用。＂老千收到錢後，就會指示事主買萬字，至少300令吉大、300令吉小。如果老千給的萬字號碼沒有開獎，為了繼續誘騙事主，老千就會以手機傳一張“百萬鈔票＂的照片給事主，並寫明“210萬令吉的現金等你來拿！＂。
照片中，210萬令吉由一疊疊的100令吉及50令吉紙鈔堆積成塔，怎不教人看了心動。接著，老千還會致電告訴事主，要他趕緊過財8000令吉做一場大法事，過後這210萬令吉就是他的。
當然，這8000令吉一過賬，老千和所謂的210萬令吉都會人間蒸發，而受害者卻得面對更多的債務。
揭秘小組分析老千集團詐騙手法
1）租借學生或癮君子的銀行戶頭2）以宗教或怪力亂神的傳單內容吸引獵物3）當事主致電，老千先要求銀行過賬小數目的香油錢4）如果事主第一次上當，老千就會要求數百至數千令吉，說是做法事用的5）老千給事主多個萬字號碼，並規定必須下注巨額6）事主多次買萬字卻沒中獎，老千聲稱要再做一場大法事，才能中獎，並要求過賬幾千令吉7）事主散盡家財、欠阿窿巨債，才知受騙
■錄音過程
米高化名林江華、55歲、散工，在清晨5時致電老千集團。
A:米高 B:老千
A：請問師父在嗎？我想求師父幫我……
B：你怎麼知道我的電話號碼？為甚麼這麼早打來？
A：我沒有工作，親友又離開我，我很痛苦，經常失眠，剛剛在走廊散步拾到你的傳單，真的是四面佛嗎？
B：沒錯，正是我，你相信我嗎？
A：我信，師父怎麼幫我？
B：好，從今天開始，你絕不能關上手機，以免師父突然有靈感時，聯絡不上你。
A：沒問題。
B：請問你結婚了嗎？有女朋友嗎？有談過戀愛嗎？拍過幾次拖？
A：還沒結婚，不記得拍過幾次拖，現在的女人和以前的不同，我沒錢就認命了。
B：好，你再等電話。
（隔日，米高再打電話給老千）
A：我要找師父幫忙，我很笨，甚麼都做不好，沒有工作，親人朋友都不理我。
B：你不能講自己笨，不管你多困難、多笨，師父都會幫你的，重要的是我們身體健康，師父絕不會怪你笨，不會嫌棄你講話遲鈍。
A：如果師父不幫我，我想要了結自己了。
B：最重要是看你的誠意，如果有誠意就帶著5粒蘋果、5粒橙、5塊發糕及3罐油來笨筒找師父。
A：我都這麼窮了，哪來車費老遠去到笨筒啊？
B：那麼師父可以代你買，你到銀行轉賬80令吉就好。你家附近有“老虎銀行＂嗎？
A：有銀行，但是我沒錢。
B：那麼你拿出勇氣去向親友借錢，等你中萬字後才還他們。
A：我試試看。
B：你多久才能匯錢過來？最好是今天之內，你籌到錢，去到銀行再打電話給我。
（15分鐘後）
A：我是林江華。
B：你準備好80令吉嗎？
A：香油錢可以折扣一點嗎？只有一位朋友肯借我50令吉。
B：無所謂，你再去湊足80令吉，香油錢是不能討價還價的，為了表示你的誠意，你要湊足錢，否則師父很難幫你。

不知道为什么的，每次报纸都在报导这些骗子案件。
可是还是会有人中招的。
